I have been here many times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and have never been disappointed. The food is homemade, and the portion sizes are quite impressive for the price. I recommend the gigantic French Toast, the authentic gyros, the chicken parm with great sauce, and really anything else on the menu. There is a huge difference between here and the local chain restaurants. My highest recommendation!

A group of our family ate there tonight and everyone liked there meal very muchone exception was my husband ordered a Texas hot Weiner and He thought it was just a plain hotdog, There were 13

Service was very good. Food came quickly. Breakfast was good. Very filling. The layout is pretty neat. Overall very good experience. Although the bus boys seem like they hate life. Lol I will be coming back.

We enjoy eating at Village Green. We have always had good food and quite possibly the best French Onion Soup around. Their turkey club is real fresh turkey piled high and costs half that of another diner down the road.
They do, however, need to pay MUCH more attention to the cleanliness of the restaurant. We went in there last Sunday for an early dinner and turned right around and left after being seated. The floors were filthy (and to me if the front of house is filthy I don’t want to know what the back of house looks like). I could be more understanding of this if they were busy, but there were no customers in the place. There is no reason they shouldn’t have swept the floor.

Eat there very often. They have the best breakfast in York, large serving and the best prices. They also serve very good lunch & dinner meals. I have never has a bad meal there yet.

I ate there once in the past, and didn’t care for it. My grandmother ask me to pick up a chicken salad sandwich for her, so I stopped by at 11am. The hostess told me, that I had to wait because they were just finishing breakfast. After 10 – 15 mins another girl came by and told me the same thing. after like 15mins the hostess brought me the lunch menu, then left for a good 10 mins, when she came back, I ordered, and paid. Another 10 mins and the sandwich was made. I took it to my grandmother, and she only ate a little bit of it. I tasted it, and it tasted terrible. The restaurant itself is run down, and very dirty looking. I wouldn’t eat there if you paid me.
