I often have lunch here when I’m in Garden City. Their bento boxes and bowl meals are cooked fresh and usually quite quickly.
The bento boxes come with some lettuce and cabbage salad, 2 pieces of sushi with crab sticks and cucumber, rice and the meat of your choice. The servings are quite large and definitely filling.
The service is friendly and usually quick too :) Definitely worth a try if you want something hot, the other 2 Japanese places (Sushi sushi) at GC don’t make hot dishes.

Grabbed some last minute sushi at 8.50pm just as they were closing. They sold us three packets of sushi rolls for only $ 12 to clear them and threw in GF soy for free. Considering the time of day the rolls were reasonable fresh.
