As long as the preface–«for a food court» is used you may be happy. Baguette and phở were fine but bland and uninspired… Just didn’t taste that fresh. Better intake of calories than most of the other fried food options in the court.

Fantastic Vietnamese for a food court. It is prepared as you wait and is fresh and tasty. I always get pork on noodles and vegetables, so I can’t comment on anything else, but I keep going back for the same dish.

As far as food court food goes, I love the food at Viet D’lish. It is fresh, light, cheap and tasty. The only downside is that they seriously need to improve their menu presentation as it is the most confusing menu I have seen in a long time. The menu at the place is all scattered on A4 print outs taped to the wall; all in different fonts. I had to do a lap around the store to pick out what I wanted to eat. Wouldn’t it be easier and legible to have everything written on one poster? Appearances aside, Viet D’lish offer surprisingly good dishes for the price. Their phở soup is not as good as some restaurants, but for a fragment of the price, you can’t complain. If you are a fan of Vietnamese food and just so happen to find yourself in the Myer centre during lunch time, I would suggest you go to Viet D’lish for lunch.

Starving, disorientated and in the Myer centre food court during peak lunch hour, I was saved by the soft pink and green glow of the Viet D’lish store. Since that fateful day, I make sure to swing by whenever I’m in the city. I think the vietnamese cuisine is built for the heat of Brisbane, Cool light and refreshing I always leave feeling satisfied. What I love about the menu in this little store is that everything is really fresh. If you are lurking around the centre I HIGHLY recommend you not leave before buying 2 or 3 rice paper rolls and perhaps a chicken lemongrass noodle salad.
