Extremely slow… Waited for a half hour for a cappuccino and breakfast… Won’t go again and do not recommend to anyone. Not worth the wait or the price!

Really fresh coconut, huge bacon & egg ciabatta but the bun is bit hard to chew. Large milkshake was also well made. Recommend for friends to chill after a solid beach session.

I went here for the gelato… sadly they were all out. :(Anyway, I got the Barra Bronte Burger — barramundi with avocado, tomatoes, rocket(or some kind of green, anyway) and aioli. The burger itself was good… it fell apart a few bites in though, so it was a bit messy eating! The aioli was divine. It took quite a while to prepare. The staff was really friendly, with one of the waitresses bringing us water while we waited for our meals.

New owners over the past year… the difference is noticeable and not good. No attention to detail, dirty tables even when it’s not busy and mediocre food. The power porridge used to be delicious and sweet. Now, it’s dry and tastes like dirt.

In a row of many cafes this one took my eye for a coffee. A clump such as this does inspire confidence as the need to remain competitive can keep quality high. Ordered take away flat white to enjoy across the road in the park. Coffee was good. Service quick and friendly. Beans used are from Single Origin. The location is great, directly across the road from the park with views of the water. This little strip is bustling with plenty of outdoor seating. A great spot to get some sunshine if you are having in. Would go again, perhaps for a bite too next time.

Great view, sweet staff, lovely food, and veeeery expensive — but what else would you expect from a café sitting a stone’s throw away from one of Sydney’s most beautiful beaches? This is the perfect place to grab a take-away wrap or burger(tons of variations with either chicken or beef), a few beers and walk down to the beach for a picnic. We chose to eat-in but didn’t quite find the value in an $ 18 grilled fish sandwich with salad or $ 17 peri peri chicken wrap with chips. They were delicious, don’t get me wrong, but $ 50 for two beers a burger and a wrap was a tough pill to swallow. But as I said, you can’t beat that view…

I will say that I think our food warranted only 3 stars, but I gave them an extra star for potential. We got take out, which is why I think our food was a little less delicious than their average meal. Their take out menu is way more limited, and the food was just ok, but while we were waiting, we watched all the other patrons get their food, and the eat in food looked really amazing. We just got some fish and chips and a burger — meh. Oh well, at least we got to enjoy our food down by the water.
