Probably my favourite lunch option in the somewhat overpopulated, but light-on-quality Moonee Ponds food scene. The lunch menu is well priced, varied and tasty. Favourites include the spicy bulgogi pork, salmon deopbap and the newly-added Korean fried chicken. There are several varieties of bibimbap if that’s your thing too. The full dinner menu has loads more options and they have drinks specials on different nights. Chef and staff are sweet dudes and go out of their way to make diners welcome and to make the menu interesting. Great for a cozy meal with plenty of variety. They have high chairs too and are kid-friendly. There are plenty of vegetarian options on the menu. It’s a bit of a hidden gem due to the location. If it was on Puckle St they’d be doing a roaring trade, but is generally quiet at lunch time and as a result you can get fed pretty quickly.
