I’m a big fan of the Grill’d burgers, but hadn’t previously been to the Neutral Bay location. What surprised me the most is that it’s quite large, including an upstairs area for functions. So many possible seats to choose from!
Had a spot of confusion when I thought they took table orders, but the guy just meant that we could peruse the menus at the tables. Other than that it was the same great Grill’d experience.

Finally some competition for the Ribs and Burgers place here, because, well, they need it.
The new Grill’d is in large premises along the strip, and the fitout is nice Staff are über-​friendly, and clearly trying to get folks in the door — worked on us!
The menu is standard Grill’d, service quick, lots and lots of room and nice outdoor seats.
Our burgers were good, and the wait staff were really chatty, and very helpful — big ups on that front.
Recommended. Better burger than Ribs and Burgers, who have slipped recently IMHO.
