No messing around if you are on a search for the perfect swimwear look no further. You will be spoilt for choice, customer service and quality. Why would you go anywhere else? You are guaranteed to feel Fabulous every time you get hot!!!

I was thoroughly impressed with the swimsuit selection here. They have everything organized by sizes which makes life so much easier. I was a little bit bummed that they didn’t have a better selection of cover-​ups but this is the best swimsuit shop I have seen in Perth so far.

Daneechi is your own stop shop for swimwear and accessories in Perth. It is an entire shop filled with every type, style and colour of bathers. There are the itsy bitsy teenie weenie bikines, to the more conservative one piece that covers more flesh. There is a big price range available to suit all budgets. The entire store is organised by size. Which I personally love, as it means I don’t see something I love, only to find out that it only comes in a size 8.
The best thing about this shop is the staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They will give you honest feedback on what style best suits your particular body shape.

The main thing Daneechi has to offer (aside from swimwear, obvs) is choice. Never have I ever seen so many different styles of bikini in one place. They range from cutesy, floral, pretty bikinis to scary, nasty, teeny tiny, thong monstrosities that literally don’t look good on anyone.
They also have a nice range of beach wear — thongs, sandals, sarongs, bags, hats — everything you need for a scorching day on the beach.
The best thing about it is the whole shop is laid out by size, so you don’t have to get depressed flicking through the small bikinis before you get to your size (just me?). The prices also span across a wide range, but for a tiny piece of material that will get wrecked in the sea the starting prices in here are still pretty damn high (about $ 70+). I would invest in maybe one bikini a year here, but otherwise I fill up my bikini catalogue in K-​mart or target like everyone else!

This is the ultimate swimming costume destination. I live near the beach and try to immerse myself as much as possible in the turquoise tranquillity that is the WA coastline, every weekend during the summer months. Making the yearly bikini purchase is an important time for any young Western Australian woman. You’re going to be wearing this baby a few times a week for over three months of the year. The fact that you’ll be wearing little else with it makes it an even harder purchase. How does one find something to fit and compliment ones figure, have it stay on in the water and yet still express ones personality in pretty much four triangles of material?
Prices range from reasonable to exxy and the bikinis range from conservative one or two pieces to extremely skimpy embellished numbers, reserved for those going to Cancun or Miami. Cute beach accessories, like sarongs and hats are also available. From teens to Grandmas, Daneechi has everyone covered and understands the importance of the swimsuit, stocking the largest range of swimwear in Perth under one roof.

I really, really loathe shopping for swimwear. I don’t understand the point in forking out $ 200+ for an item of clothing that will get wet and destroyed by salt water and chlorine. Regardless of these reasonable excuses for avoiding swimwear shops, I can’t exactly take my mum up on her offer to borrow her rashie.
After having the same swimsuit for 2 years, I think it’s time for an up-​grade. I always find cute styles in Zimmerman and Tigerlily, but if $ 200+ on something that gets filled with sand is a little too steep for you, Daneechi in Subiaco will be a pleasant surprise.
Instead of sorting through racks and racks of bikinis only to find your size it sold out, the whole store is organised by size, so you just stick in that section and wade through until you find something you like. Which is lucky, because there are A LOT of bikinis in this place. Daneechi clearly understands that women like choice, and we come in so many different shapes and sizes. Which you’d hope to expect from a store that’s been providing swimwear for 20 years. Large bust? Small bust? Beer belly? Daneechi caters for all shapes and all sizes.
They stock a whole heap of brands like Speedo, Baku, Seafolly, 7^th Wonderland, Tigerlily, Sunseeker, Moontide and loads more. After deciding that gingham print and zebra strips are probably not for me, I come across a cute floral bandeau and matching bottoms by All About Eve for $ 35 each. Sweet!
