I love this gym, the people, the energy! If you want to get in shape & have fun don’t look any further. Coaches are great, workouts can be adjusted to any level, and everyone supports one another. It really made a difference for me.

The rating is this low because the way management forces the Personal Trainers to bully and manipulate the gym’s patrons to train with them. It’s not the trainers fault as much as it is management above them. The trainers don’t make half of what they charge. It’s the lazy management staff who has little regard…
