I’ve used GA twice now: once for an iPhone 5, once for an iPhone 6. Does the protective film work? Yes. Do I recommend GA? Heck no.
For my iPhone 6, something fell on my phone and scratched the protector. Worried about my phone I pulled the protector off and examine the glass and thankfully, it was fine. The protector was folded in half, and then it got lost — I went in to GA to try to make good on the replacements that I was supposed to get (they have my email info in there after all, so they DO know that I actually bought it from them) and I was QUITE Happy to pay the replacement cost. However, it turns out their policy is «you have to have the old one, you can’t remove it».
When I was told I could pay a meager sum to have the protector replaced if it ever scratched, I was not told that I had to keep the old one… they offered to give me a 10% discount on a new protector… which I turned down. I have no room for shady business practices, and I will be taking my business elsewhere (and do what I can to dissuade people from going to GA from now on.)

Had a screen protector put on my iPhone 6 after this place being recommended by a coworker. The day I went the guy working was extremely busy (iPhone 6 release day) but was very polite and helpful. I left my phone for 15 minutes and ran an errand and it was done. He explained the warranty and what to do and what not to do with my phone for the first 24 hours.
I don’t know why another reviewer thought a different phone would have the replacement as it was pretty clear in the warranty that I read, that it was for the original phone.
The price may scare you at first…$ 30.00. But a good screen cover is about $ 25 and you have to put it on yourself and if you don’t do it properly you need a new one. $ 30.00 purchases the screen and has it put on for you… guaranteed bubble free.

Got my iphone replaced and I took the protector off. Went into to get one installed on my new phone that was replaced and he said its good for the life of the phone not replacements. Never had this problem before. But I guess times are tight for this location. I will never buy this product again.
