So, having had the experience I had at Chintz & Co., as I mentioned in that review, I made my way to WEM… knowing that I wanted what I wanted and that having been dashed I walked upstairs at WEM and window shopped for a bit. As I was window shopping, I peeked into Paris Jewellers on account of the fact that I noticed the Swarofsky case and they had some lovely Christmas ornaments. Barbara(the Sales Associate) approached and simply asked if I was looking for something special… I answered quite honestly, «Yes» and she kindly let me be until I was ready to ask her anything else… nice :-) to know that there are people in retail(who enjoy what they do) who are«okay» with leaving you be for a bit and are able to read body language enough to know when you do need help :-) Upon seeing the snowflakes in the case, I asked Barbara to see them and she got them out and let me know about them. She explained that they are limited edition and have the year inscribed as Swarofsky does a different one each year :-) This year, they included two smaller ones with the larger one which are all lovely. She continued to tell me a bit more and included that Swarofsky provides a have a year warranty if anything should happen AND with the purchase came a 30 $ certificate toward another Swarofsky purchase. As I mentioned in my previous review of Chintz & Co., I did get the snowflakes and my friend loved them :-) She has them already on her tree and chose to hang the larger one in a display so it is out all year round :-) The staff here is very professional, friendly and if you ask them a question, they answer it and if they don’t have the answer, they make a call to see if someone else can help. While I was there making my purchase, someone even came in looking for something and I heard another Sales Associate suggest another place(competing jewelry store) to find it as they had seen it there themselves… go figure :-) It is a corner shop so it is easily disregarded I think because it is not a flashy place and upstairs at WEM it is much quieter. In my opinion, it is a «hidden gem» of a shop if you don’t want puffed up people but rather, good service for shopping for beautiful things :-)

Friendly staff to be certain. Always helpful and professional and if you need service for your precious item they are there to help in a timely fashion. I have had some issues with broken clasps etc but all fixed with a smile. I needed a replacement for my rings cats eye stone and had a Tiger eye ordered in its place and am happy with what they found. i will have to go in soon to have it securred better as it has been lost and found many times. However I am certain that when I bring it in they will once again help with a smile. I really like this location and will be back!
