The key thing is IT WAS OPEN. There’s really nothing in the area of the Telus World of Science that’s open past 6pm, and we were going to a show there at 7:30, and there was no room to wait in a line for it. We hit up this place across the street, and hung out for an hour. The service was decent and the drinks were correct. It was clean and quite large. Overall, a nice pitstop.

For the most part, a Second Cup is a Second Cup. None are really great, none are really terrible. They just are.
That said, this one is kind of terrible. Twice now, I’ve gotten London Fogs at this location that are half empty. I don’t like my drinks super hot so I don’t touch them until 20 minutes after I’ve ordered, usually, and by that point I’m long gone. So neither time did I notice that my drink was literally half foam (and therefore half empty) until it was past the point where I wanted to go back to get them to fix their mistake.
Won’t be going back to this particular location. Screw up once, fine. Screw up twice, I’m out.

This is a pretty nice Second Cup. It’s new so it’s not very busy and everything is in great shape.
I’ve been here a couple times to do some work on my laptop while I sip a delicious speciality coffee (which I don’t splurge on very often so I savour it when I do). It’s been fairly quiet and calm when I’ve been there.
The staff are nice, although they seemed bored at times. But really, who wouldn’t be?!
Everything is nice and clean and it’s just a very nice environment. I like it!
