Great brekkies. I wish they do the milk and Splenda for you(the cream is accessible, milk you have to ask for it). But man– the customer service albeit slow esque(should I live in NY Or HK) go see the guy who works on Friday! He is so happy and kind, genuine, thoughtful. Just do it. It is like a bonus on top of your breakfast meal.

I was visiting someone at VGH and I wasn’t too thrilled by the food that was offered in the hospital cafeteria, therefore, walked over to A&W with my coupons. It felt good to just get out of the hospital setting even if it meant eating a burger that puts most in the hospital. Customer service was friendly. They were watching me like a hawk to make sure that I didn’t walk out with the Mug.

Solid 3.5 considering their effective commercials. No hormones, no steroids. And $ 1.75 for their Buddy burger is a deal and more like a snack. Nice communal center table for 6PPL. Too bad they dont deliver, just their DT one does. WiFi good.

This A&W is one of the hidden gems of Vancouver. Their food and service is consistently better than other A&W locations. Hotter, fresher, and cleaner(the food, the staff, and the premises).
