I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. I first called to schedule an appointment about 10 minutes before they were closing for the day, and was told all their computers had been shut off and I would get a call the next morning to schedule. By 3:00 the next afternoon I still hadn’t heard from anyone and had to call back– spoke to a different woman who had no idea who I was and was going to leave another message for the scheduler who «might» get back to me by the end of the day. Then when the technicians showed up, I told them it was the SW corner that we needed repaired– a corner. 90 degree angel with two different gutters. Obviously. They worked for about 10 minutes at most, then just left without saying anything to me. I had to call the company to figure out what the heck was going on and was told they «didn’t want to disturb» me, so they just peaced out. That afternoon I had my husband check the gutters to make sure it was complete, and sure enough, it wasn’t. They only repaired one corner and they still weren’t draining. We had to call and was told they «might» be able to come back that day to finish it. Sure enough, by the end of the day they hadn’t shown up and I hadn’t heard from anyone at the company and had to call back yet again to find out what was going on. They made us schedule a second appointment for them to come and fix their mistake– which all could have been avoided by them simply knocking on the door before they left. They never even put water in the gutters to check to make sure they were properly draining.
After their second time coming out, they still didn’t complete the job as they properly should have. The gutters should have been caulked, but they weren’t. We decided to just go to the store and buy the supplies and finish it ourselves rather than dealing with these fools again.
Word of advice: if this company is your only option and you’re forced against your will to use them, watch them like a hawk to make sure they actually do the job they are supposed to.
They did give us a $ 25 «scheduling error» discount on our bill which was nice. But not nice enough to fix the major concerns I have with how this business is run.

They fail to tell you they hire a contractor to do their work, not even a Axis employee then mess the job up and charge you for materials they never used on your roof. And also charge you a high amount you never agreed to pay and threaten a lein, this company is a joke and the owners are not willing to work with you or kind at all, in for the money and ripping people off.

Had a leak on my roof that Axis repaired, 5 months later it started leaking again, they came back and found a section need replaced and rehung my gutter, they credited back the amount of the last repair and came back out and repaired the section. I also had them come back to clean my roof and gutters, as well as treat it for moss. I really trust this company to work on my home. I’m sure we’ll do business again when I replace my gutters

We recently noticed a wet spot on our second floor ceiling. The forecast was for several days of heavy rain so I immediately started calling roofing companies for help. I checked ratings on the web for several and among those I called was Axis. They were very professional on the phone and were able to sent someone out the next day. Gerardo arrived on time and found the source of the leak. He fixed the leak on a roof vent and showed me pictures of the repair. He also did preventive maintenance on my other vents after I asked that be done.
I could not have asked for better service and the charge was very reasonable.

Axis cleaned our roof and gutters as well as applying a moss treatment. Roof looks great. They showed up on time and the cost was exactly what they said it would be. I would definitely use them again.

I recently had Axis Roofing come out and do repairs to my wood shake roof during the heavy late Winter rains. Both times they showed up on time and did the repairs quickly. I received the bill a few days later which was a fair and reasonable amount for the work done and included pictures of the work. I will call them again when it comes time to get an estimate on replacing my roof.

They did a great job cleaning my roof. The cost for cleaning was priced well.
I will use axis roof for future repairs & cleaning.

We were getting our house painted during the summer, so we used Axis to have our roof cleaned and moss treatment applied before the painting was done. They were very professional, on time, and cleaned up after they were finished.
After we had the cleaning performed, we discovered that the house had no flashing installed between the edge of the roof and the gutters. We called Axis to see if they would be able to install flashing quickly (within 2 – 3 days), because the painters had already started their prep work. They sent two guys to install the flashing just before the painters started painting, and again were very professional and coordinated their onsite work with our painters so each were able to get their work completed.

I just had my roof replaced last week by Axis Roof and Gutter and they did an excellent job! I had to replace my old shake with composition and they did the work fast and on schedule. I had them install a solar tube while replacing the roof and it makes a huge difference in my bathroom.

I have had Axis come out a couple of times to clean my roof and treat it with moss killer. They have done a great job for me and I even referred them to my parents. If I’d recommend them to my mom, I’d recommend them to anyone!
They did a great job and were there exactly when they said they would. They even charged me the same as they did two years ago.
No problems at all! Plus they come all the way to SW Lynnwood.
