Carusone & Cherres Architects, LLC is a small diversified, design oriented, architectural firm originally established by John Carusone in 1981 and later partnered with Jorge Cherres in 2013 serving the NYC community from the heart of Astoria & LIC.

Business Owner

John Carusone, partner and principal is a registered architect with the state of New York and holds a certificate from NCARB. He served on the Board of Directors of the New York Society of Architects, President of the Queens chapter of the American Institute of Architects. Mr. Carusone also serves as chairman of the zoning and land use committee in Community Board #1 located in Long Island City, Queens, NY.

Jorge E. Cherres, partner and principal is a registered professional architect holding a certification with the NCARB and an active member of the American Institute of Architect with over 13 years of experience specializes in a wide range of projects including Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Institutional projects.
