I highly recommend Jack Borenstein at Ultimate Sound & Installations. Rarely do I find an audio video company that is run by a highly experienced electronics provider like Jack that is so versatile. Their flexibility makes working with him extremely convenient; they handle not only Audio/​Video Systems, but also Security/​Cameras, Computer Networks/​Wi-​Fi, Phones/​Intercoms, Lighting Control, Motorized Shades, Home Automation and Video conference Systems. In addition, they do both residential and commercial jobs.
Although they handle large, high-​end projects, they also handle small ones. What makes Ultimate Sound & Installations so unique in this industry is that they don’t drop the ball.

I worked with Ultimate Sound & Installations on a complicated AV project involving a Brooklyn townhouse. I found them to be professional, responsive and very knowledgeable about Smart home technology. It didn’t hurt either that they had been around for like 27 years. That says something with the amount of businesses that come and go these days.
We had a lot of stuff to consider. Audio visual distributed throughout the house, networking where we share the house with a tenant who has their own internet business. So separating our two worlds on the same shared network was critical.
We had a security system that was also to be integrated into our control system and I’m also a music buff so great sound was important. Ultimate Sound gave me a variety of choices at different price points. They explained the differences to me and allowed me to choose the best option, rather than feeling like I was forced to take what they were offering.
The project went very well and their follow up service after the sale was impressive.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality AV company who knows their stuff.
