Highlight Limousine Service

I booked Highlight Limo for a day/​night out to Boston to celebrate my wife’s birthday and it was a wonderful experience. Booking the limo was really easy and they were very prompt returning emails. Even when I had some changes to our plans, they were very accommodating. Gerald arrived at our house on time, and we arrived at all our destinations on time and safely. He did a fantastic job navigating the streets of Boston and in the traffic. When we were ready to go to our next destination, I called Gerald and he was there instantly. The ride was smooth and awesome! We are already going to plan our next night out with some friends and can’t wait to use Highlight Limo again! Perfect experience all around and made my wife’s birthday!

I have used Highlight limo service several times for airport transportation and a night out on the town. It has always been a great experience. The driver we had was punctual, polite and very accommodating. We will definitely use them again and look forward to our next outing with this service. Top notch!

Left 7 women stranded in a parking lot without a ride in a «broken «limo. The turn signals didn’t work! Gerald wouldn’t even take us back to where he picked us up. Who has a limo service and doesn’t have AAA??? Kept us in the dark as to what was going on never answered our questions and was completely rude! NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY!

Highlight Limousine Service should be used by NO ONE! After receiving verbal and email confirmation, as well as a credit card charged, my reservation was cancelled by Highlight ONE HOUR prior to the expected time of pick up… at 3:30am no less with no real explanation other than «due to unforeseen circumstances, no driver available»!!
Of course, this was incredibly upsetting to me. I needed to be at Logan Airport from NH for a week’s vacation which now was in jeopardy. As I incredulously listened, I couldn’t accept this — it truly was unacceptable. I demanded that this person get in a car, and drive us to Boston. He explained that he couldn’t, that he was just the business manager, to which I replied — well, not very good at that, are you?
I guess I mistakenly thought a confirmation in several forms was just that — a confirmed reservation, but apparently not for this company. I certainly will never call on them again, and am telling all of my co workers, family, and friends of my experience and recommending they not set themselves up for the disappointment I suffered.
NOTE: They sure charged my credit card quickly, but it took 3 days for a credit to be issued to the card.
Just a horrible experience all around — do yourself a favor, avoid this company.

I highly recommend Highlight Limo. Gerald was prompt, professional and very helpful. We were able to enjoy our night out without worrying about traffic, parking or getting home safely. Next night out… definitely Highlight Limo!

What a fantastic experience! We rented a limo as a last minute way to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Gerald was a pleasure to work with: so courteous, professional, punctual, and accommodating. Not only that, but it was snowing and he did an amazing job navigating the roads with the snow and keeping us safe. It was a joy to be out for the whole night and not give a second thought to the drive. We are looking forward to doing it again when another special occasion comes up!

AND my son left his cell phone in the car, and they called and actually dropped it off at my house! Above and beyond. I will always use Highlight Limo for all of my traveling needs!!!
