They don’t return calls. I asked that they have the manager call me and they never did. I needed a folio for a missed stay and they were not able to email it to me when I first called. Two weeks later I call and speak to the same person and they tell me the manager is there only between nine and three. It sounds like it’s my job to track them down. They proceeded to immediately send me the folio via email which is great but why not when I first called two weeks ago? I never had this type of treatment by a Hampton before! They are usually pretty responsive.

I have experienced better Hampton Inns. Staff member blurted my room number out in the lobby while checking in. The room I was in was on first floor and you have only sheer curtains that can be closed so individuals are able to see you and you can see their headlights parking in front of your window as well as the safety spotlight on all night. Needless to say not a restful night. Bathroom had tiles that were coming off and caulking loose. Bed mattress has not been rotated so you roll to one side. Positive note the breakfast was great and the morning clerk helpful and exceptional service as well as the women who serviced the breakfast lobby area.

Decent hotel but not visible from the road. Room was large and clean. Fitness center was minuscule with only one elliptical and one treadmill with a few dumbbells thrown in. Needs an upgrade.

We were in from out of town for the second funeral in three months. We got the word that a couple of the hotels near the Mall were sketchy. For $ 20 more you get a full breakfast and a quiet, clean room with a view. Staff is really nice and friendly. Well worth it.

A little difficult to find. Look for the sign then head down a long desolate street. You won’t see the building from the road.
