I cant believe I got lucky enough
to have this guy as my realtor. I had him driving me in loops around the city in his Tesla looking at homes (when I wasnt even sure that I was ready to buy). Never once was he pushy or forward, which is something that I appreciated throughout the buying experience.
No matter the location or time of day, If I wanted to see a property — he made it happen. When we finally found THE house and I needed to have some contractors complete some estimates for me, Tony happened to be on vacation in Florida for a couple of days.
He had his wife and partner Samantha handle every request I had AND he stayed engaged the entire time from beginning to end. She was even wonderful to work with! I got my entire design scheme from her — truly a win win. Tony looked out for my best interest
through the entire process and educated me along the way. I would recommend him to anyone that I cared about. He EARNED this 5 star rating from me.

Tony Elias is Awesome !!! We just closed on our first home thanks to the incomparable Tony Elias. he took great care of us throughout our purchase process. As first-​time home buyers, we constantly needed expert advice and even some hand-​holding from time to time. Tony was always there to promptly answer our questions, talk through ideas, and advocate for us with the sellers.
He taught us how to negotiate and we saved about 11k in negotiation. I had an apartment lease which he subleased easily by his excellent marketing strategy and saved us from breaking the lease (saved about 3k).
Above all, Tony was a joy to work with! He always showed up with a smile on his face and remained positive throughout the process, even when there were bumps in the road. he clearly loves what he does — I would recommend him to anyone!

Tony is amazing at what he does! My husband and I were thinking of buying a house and he helped us go through all the steps from seeing if we were qualified to signing the papers at closing. He has great communication skills and he is very knowledgable of the Austin housing market. He showed us several houses and each time the houses he showed us were very similar to what we were looking for. One we found the one we wanted he connected us up with Andrea at Supreme Lending (who is also great!) and as we went through all the steps in the loan process Tony kept us informed all the way through. Now my husband and i are happy home owners! :) I would highly suggest him to anyone looking for a home.

I’ve been working with Tony for over 6 months now to find a house meeting my exacting specifications. While most people probably would have run away screaming in agony by this point, Tony’s been up for the challenge and has been an amazing agent through my entire experience. I relocated from another state so I have had more than the average share of headaches to put up with during my home-​buying process, but I am happy to report none of them were caused by him!
When we first started working together I had conducted a pre-​screening process for my first agent request via this site — I had very specific instructions in the email that I sent to a number of agents to ask for help with a viewing, and I was going to choose from the agents who responded correctly to my instructions. Of the 7 people I received a response from within two hours, Tony was the only one who actually read the instructions and complied. Since then, at every step of the way Tony and his group of associates, including his recommended inspector (Rob) and the loan group (Andrea et al) have been wonderful. Tony himself has been available at all hours of the day to answer questions or set up viewings, even on short notice for properties we had to move on same-​day showings for. We even had a marathon viewing session of 17 properties in one day — I don’t recommend repeating this but it was absolutely as low-​stress as could be thanks to Tony.
When it came time to put in bids, Tony’s expertise was invaluable in guiding me to make strong offers in the cut-​throat Austin buyer’s market. I had a few contracts fall through (due to issues which came to light during inspection) before finding the right property, and Tony was able to provide some objective advice on negotiations during the contract processes to make sure I wasn’t stepping into something I’d regret later on. From an ethical perspective this is pretty important to me as a buyer — I don’t think that many of the agents I’ve talked to in the past would have been able to do this without batting an eye, but Tony did.
What makes Tony a great buyer agent is that he actually listens to your needs as a client. He understands your communicated (and uncommunicated) wishes and makes a lot of effort to clarify for you and help you really nail down your search. I would have no regrets about recommending him to anyone, and I will definitely use his services in the future. It’s a shame he can’t help me sell my out of state house as well.
