We have a seasoned and professional staff of Event Planners, Decorators, Bakers, Servers and so much more that make up the Perfect Peach Family.

Our Executive Chef Anthony Asciolla has been perfecting his craft for over eighteen years. He has taken the time to learn from key sources and offers an International Menu hosting everything from Latin and Middle Eastern, Jamaican and Italian to Mediterranean, French and even Oriental Cuisines. So whether it’s authenticity or fusion you are looking for expect only the best out of his kitchen.

History

Established in 2011.

Perfect Peach Events is Truly a Family owned and operated Catering and Event Planning Company. Executive Chef Anthony Asciolla had a vision to create a Catering Company specializing in Themed Events featuring Authentic Cuisines, Décor and even the Costumes to match. Catering Manager Christine Littmann had a vision to create a Catering Company with different levels of presentation to be able to service clients with any budget. With the two of them being Life Partners, they decided to become Business Partners as well and therefore Perfect Peach was born.

The Staff of Perfect Peach is truly comprised of Family and Friends with even thier son Mark Anthony working many events himself. Christine’s Brother William is the Sous Chef, and Sister Katy is a Catering Manager. While Anthony’s Mother Gerry is the Decorator and his Sister Kyle is our Baker. Every other Staff member is part of the Perfect Peach Family as well as all of our clients. So come join the family!

Executive Chef Anthony Asciolla is the Co-​Owner and Founder of Perfect Peach Events. He founded the company in 2011 with the help of his Family Members and Fiancé. Anthony has been working in the food industry for over eighteen years starting from the bottom and working his was up to Executive Chef while continually seizing opportunities to perfect his craft. Anthony has taken the time to learn from different Ethnic Sources how to create Authentic Cuisines from all around the world. Receiving the compliment «This tastes like my Grandmothers» many times!

Anthony had a vision of creating a Catering and Event Planning Company where he would be able to fuze his Authentic Cuisines with Décor, Costumes and an ambiance to match. With a true love for International Cuisines and all things Burlesque, Perfect Peach Events was born. This is his platform to showcase his Phenomenal Renditions and Marvelous Creations for all those whom get the pleasure of indulging.
