Oregon Crawlspace Solutions LLC was founded by licensed contractor and certified remodeler, Allen Tankersley, who builds his business on a foundation of quality and customer service.

At Oregon Crawlspace Solutions, we are passionate about helping homeowners protect the value of their investment and the health of their families through proper crawl space care and conditioning. Our trained experts will come to your home to provide an assessment of the condition of your crawlspace or basement. From there, we’ll identify the source of any moisture or water problem and suggest a course of action.

Oregon Crawlspace Solutions LLC was founded by licensed contractor and certified remodeler, Allen Tankersley, who builds his business on a foundation of quality and customer service. –Allen is a licensed contractor, NARI Certified Remodeler, Certified Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeler, and a licensed electrician. Allen began his construction experience at the age of 8 during summer visits with his dad. Over then next 10 years, he became an asset to his dad’s business as an apprentice, specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, complete home renovations and minor repairs. In 2001 Allen became a lead carpenter building residential structures, home additions, commercial redevelopments and interior finish work.
