These two are the best of the best here in the greater Seattle area. They are the two hardest working people I know in the industry! They will fight for you as if you are their one and only customer! They help you through the ups and downs with ease, humor and love! They appreciate your business and show it in many ways.
One thing I really appreciated was her time for us. We have a year and half old at the moment so when we started this whole thing she was a lot younger… they both made time for us when it was convent for us not them.
Through your hunting, they give you the best advice backed up with superior knowledge of the now’s, how’s, must have’s, what if’s and don’t do’s.
These two will always be apart of my buying and selling in the future.

Karal is amazing to work with! She helped my husband and I search for our perfect home in a very competitive market.
Right from the start, Karal sent us information about houses in our price range and location. She was always available to take us to any houses we wanted to see (on short notice, too!). She pointed out the good and bad about all houses and really worked to educate us on the home buying process.
When we found the house we wanted to put an offer on, we were up against several other offers… but Karal worked hard to get ours in. Our home was a short sale, so we worked with Karal over several months during the whole process. It was a stressful time for us, but Karal was amazing throughout the process and went above and beyond what I thought a realtor would be.

Kevin and Karal are amazing to work with! Professional, friendly and good at what they do. I was looking for a home in the most competitive price range, at a hot time in the housing market where good homes were flying off the market. Even with a busy schedule, they made sure to be available to look at homes as soon as they listed. They were low-​pressure and willing to view as many homes as I felt needed. They pointed out the good AND bad, meaning that they brought up some things that might be of concern for each house. While not trying to talk me out of a house, they wanted me to think of all the issues.
I had agents in the past ask if I was ready to put in an offer after looking at only a couple homes and only point out the good points, while conveniently «forgetting» to mention that the house used to be condemned, or there are odd easement lines. Kind-​of important to know these things! Kevin did the homework to find these things out and TELL the buyer about them. Working with them felt like they wanted to find the best house for my price range, not just make a quick sale.
The most impressive part is working with them to draw up an offer. They have great business sense and knowledge about the market. We put in competitive offers and I got the house that I wanted, even when a stronger offer came in that evening! They moved fast on my offer and had the contract signed.
Their recommendations for mortgage brokers and home inspectors are great too! I used Jenny Boyce (recommended by Kevin) after shopping around, and had a wonderful experience.
I would absolutely use them again!

Kevin & Karal helped us sell our home, as well as buy a new one. They were great to work with, and very patient in our long search. Ultimately, we found a home that wasn’t on the market due to Kevin and Karal soliciting the neighborhoods we liked looking for willing sellers. Ultimately, it worked out — they made the unconventional deal close, helped us through the closing process, and made the experience great. We’d use them again!
