We started this business because we saw a proliferation of electronic devices in our lives and when they failed it was hard to find quick and reliable help. We are what we have coined Always-​On tech support. We are there when you need us 24⁄7. I run my own small business and don’t have an IT dept to help me when things go wrong. My Peel experience was so amazing. I got a phone call, appointment set for next day, tech shows up on time and is so personable and knowledgeable. He even followed up the next day to be sure everything was repaired correctly. I will be using them again soon for some less urgent items. Thanks Peel!

We recently moved house and were in need of support to get our TVs, Xbox and wi-​fi up and running. Zakk was fantastic — explained everything in detail, was very personable and clearly client focused. He then came back to sort out our Ethernet ports and cables, install a new switch and label all our cabling. His approach was fantastic — he gave me options and different price points on equipment needed before making a recommendation, and then even went ahead of the ordered the equipment on my behalf. He also installed Chromecast and a new TV aerial booster. I can’t recommend Zakk and Peel highly enough.

Peel Tech IT Services rules! We have a small office with a few computers and printers that needed networking. Automatic software updates were always knocking out the printer, scanner, or fax and we were running several different versions of windows. In comes Peel Tech to the rescue. They updated all of our software and made sure all of our peripherals worked seamlessly. They found an industry compliant solution for us for document sharing and made sure all of our billing systems worked on our network. Best of all, they started with just a preliminary list of my frustrations and in every instance came up with simple, elegant solutions! I cancelled a geek squad appointment to book Peel Tech. I’m glad I did. The customer service experience was wildly different between the two. I would highly recommend Peel Tech

I was struggling with a CRM solution for my business. After 2 days of frustrating conversations with the CRM providers help-​desk, I gave up. They didn’t know what they were doing.
That’s when I called Zakk at Peel Tech. Although not intimately familiar with my CRM provider, Zakk went above and beyond and opened his own account to test out the system on his own. He promised he would call me back with some answers. He called back in a prompt manner, had figured out the solution, and had salvaged my day. You can’t put a price on that.
Peel Tech’s customer service and IT knowledge has been far better than I have ever received before. Its like having your own IT Concierge.
Although you don’t necessarily want IT problems in the future, Peel Tech and Zakk is the answer if you do,

I have to say I can’t be more thankful to have found Zakk and his team of very skilled, helpful «tech support» guys. I’ve really hated going through the usual channels for my tech support. You also get routed to who knows where, and it can take hours to solve the issue. I own my own business and when my computer or wi-​fi isn’t working, this is a major issue for me and it’s lost income. I don’t live and work in the same area so dropping off my computer somewhere isn’t an option for me. I’ve also never felt secure leaving all that personal information to the hands of people I’ve never come in contact with. So when I need it fixed, I need it now. Peel Tech was quick to respond and far less money than I’ve paid previously and they came to my salon. I won’t use anyone else from now on. Thank you!

A friend referred me to Peel Tech. First time I’ve used a tech support service like this… only one I’ve ever heard of is the Geek Squad. I had an old laptop I wanted to sell for a long time, because it was incredibly slow and basically unusable.
My friend gave me Peel’s 866 number to call, which I did and they sent a tech out to my home the same day. Super friendly guy, had my laptop working like new again in less than an hour. Took my credit card payment right from his phone. Done and done. Awesome!

We had a really great experience —
Peel helped us figure out how we wanted to organize our digital life (files, photos, music, etc…) The peel tech presented several options we could choose from, including «in case the house burns down» backup. The Peel tech also helped us install everything and refresh /​reformat our computers to help speed everything up.
We are very happy we selected Peel to help us — we saved a bunch of money, and are more organized and it was super easy to utilize their services.

For customers, by customers — Zakk helped me sort through, set up, and trained me on my home office environment. It also says a lot about the customer focused service they’re building — Zakk is the co-​founder, with a significant amount of responsibility.
I consider myself to be fairly tech savvy, with a grounded understanding and appreciation for those that can help me improve — Zakk’s personable, patient, and proactive appropach definitely went a long way in getting me fully optimized!

Excellent company. Called their toll free number and was surprised to get a call back within 30 minutes and even better from the co founder Zakk. Although it was only a laptop that needed work, Zakk was at our house the same day to pick up the computer. Turn around time was extremely quick within 48 hours. Zakk charged a great price and offered great customer service. Much better than going to some of the big chain stores. He took the time to go over what was done and even advised me to call him directly if i had any questions related to the laptop. Highly recommend this company to anybody big or small looking to get work on their computers. Already have one or two more computers in line to get worked on. Thanks again guys,
