The Crafty Store designs and creates unique, artisan-​made, 100% pure brass-​based jewelry making supplies, specializing in findings for typewriter keys and resin projects. We stand behind our products, and work hard to ensure that we are producing the highest quality American made components available on the market today.

We don’t sell a ton of different things, just a few things that are hard to find, well made, and fun. We work with skilled artisans in the Bay Area to create our original line of cufflinks, tie clips, and ring blanks, and we use a fantastic plating company that is as eco-​friendly as plating can be :) Our findings will make your work stand out from the rest. History

Established in 2009.

I am a jewelry designer (our sister shop, The Weekend Store, is housed in the same storefront), and it was really difficult to find the components I needed to create my line of typewriter key jewelry. So, I decided to manufacture them myself!

The Crafty Store started with antique silver 15 mm bezel settings and one size of flat pad ring blanks — we now sell findings in antique silver, sterling silver ox, antique brass, chocolate brass and gunmetal, including dozens of different sizes of bezels, ring blanks, tie clips, bookmarks, chain, hair accessories, earring posts, spoon rings, vintage buttons, clear cabochons, typewriter keys, paper ephemera and other unexpected treasures. Whether you’re a professional jewelry designer, or a novice looking to create a special piece for yourself, we have the parts you need to make fantastic things!
