Established in 2009.

I have been a licensed Home Inspector since 2009 and perform a variety of inspections including home inspections for real estate transactions, HUD pest inspections and quality control inspections, construction lending progress inspections, and WDO inspections.

As a well-​rounded experienced inspector, my goal for RRIO is to provide professional and efficient inspections to help the property owner’s move through the inspection process as quickly and pain free as possible.

I have been in the carpentry field for over 15 years, specializing in new home construction and remodels. Through this, I found my passion in the trades.

I became a licensed home inspector to assist people in understanding the details of their current or future home. The numerous components and inner workings of a house can be complicated and overwhelming. However, not being aware of problems that exist can result in an bad home purchase experience, not to mention expose you and your family to unsafe living condition

I am a native of the Seattle area, growing up in the fields of carpentry and home building as, from a young age, I helped my dad build houses. Over the years, my passion for real estate grew. As a home builder, home buyer, property manager and home inspector, I have a rich knowledge of the layers involved in the real estate market.
