Terrible!!!
He quotes a price on the phone for 2 Transponder keys, I drive 20 minutes to this guy, and then he jacks the price up $ 40.00!!!
With (1) phone call I found another locksmith who not only came to me but ended up charging me only $ 60.00 per Transponder key $ 25.00 cheaper per key then Wise Locksmith’s original quote.
Don’t waste your time with this …
I left because after he lied to me twice I really didn’t trust him with my credit card info.

Really impressed with these guys! Just now I accidently locked my keys in my car. Looked on Unilocal,saw these guys being close to where I was at. Gave them a call, they came in about half an hour, they unlocked my door, gave me the keys, flat fee of 75 dollars, done! Easy breezy! They even gave me there business card so when I have time I can just head over there and they will make me free copies of my car keys! Stop stressing out if you accidentally locked yourself out and give these guys a call!

Christopher (chief locksmith) was excellent. I lost my car key late last night and he came out early in the morning and got me a replacement PLUS A second key just in case I lost it again! His prices are affordable and they are just overall great! It’s sad that there aren’t as many trustworthy, hardworking and loyal locksmiths like wise locksmith. Congrats guys, you have earned a lifelong customer

Hes nice person in shady business and really dedicating a lot of his time to his business. That said, just note he is not always available at the office, so you need to call. When he commits to coming and fix the problem, he will come and fix the problem and stick to the price he first offered you –even when he has to do more work. His price was ¹⁄₅ of other locksmiths so your patience in dealing with the timing of your service will pay off.
Definitely fair relative to my experience with other locksmith professionals. Be patient with him with regards to scheduling, and he will pay off with reliability and lowest prices in town.

Fast and friendly service! I just moved here a few months ago and took a chance with this place based off such wonderful reviews. I accidentally locked myself out of my car in the Cascadia College parking garage. Wise Locksmith (Chris) responded quickly and was able to get my car unlocked in under five minutes. Highly recommend.

I called because of all the great Unilocal reviews. I need my mailbox key replaced. I was told there is a $ 58 charge just for coming out to Bothell and they are in Bothell. The lock would be about $ 32. The post office will do it for $ 65 and they take 5 days. I’ll wait. I’m not sure who all these people were talking to that got a deal because he wasn’t answering the phone when I called.
Update — this owner keeps contacting me, harassing me and saying rude thing. Not very professional.

Had them order and install a Medeco lock. After an issue with the initial install, the owner came over and went WAY above and beyond to make sure everything was done the way I wanted it. This is a business that clearly cares about making the customer happy.

Times like this I wish there were an option for 6 star reviews (seriously Unilocal,Elites should get to do a 6^th star once a year or something).
My van’s only door lock was jammed, and Honda of Kirkland quoted me $ 250 to fix it. Another locksmith quoted me $ 200. Yuk.
Chris from Wise said ‘well, it’ll either go fast and be less than $ 50, or the hard way somewhere around $ 125.’ And when I went there, he had it fixed in 5 minutes for $ 25. Wow.

After visiting three other places that couldn’t help me copy my car key, Chris was able to send me away happy after only about 5 minutes. The service was fast and reasonably priced considering the challenging nature of the key that I needed copied. Expert experience like his is the reason I won’t be headed back to Lowe’s for any other key copying needs.

After losing my only key/​remote to my car I called around to get quotes on replacing it. Wise not only had the best price but was able to come out and get my key made right away. A tech named Moses came out and got 2 keys programmed for me very quickly and was very nice.
Unfortunatley my car wouldn’t start with these keys, we both thought there was something wrong with my car. I talked with my mechanic and he talked with his people and we figured out that I needed an alarm remote to shut off my alarm completely (like my original key was)…anyways SUPER long story short… They got the problem figured out. We decided to overnight the new remote head key and Moses was out right away to program the new key and remote.
I got a phone call when Moses was done to make sure everything was taken care of and to come in to get another copy of my new key made. Everyone I dealt with wsa so friendly and kind. They really care about their customers.
Hopefully I never lose my key again, but if I do I will definitely call them to help.

The customer service was good and the services performed were done quickly and professionally. I would recommend them others in need of a local locksmith.

Stopped in here because my car’s remote was dead and I saw that they sold new keyless remotes. They charged me 69 dollas plus tax for the remote and he wanted to charge me 2% for using a credit card (who does that?). after some haggling they let me not pay the 2%. I then went home and looked on amazon at what these remotes cost and they were $ 4.95! I was thinking I was paying a premium for buying it from a local business which I am 100% on board with but that is a HUGE markup. I would recommend not buying these remotes there. That is just over the top in my mind. Not a great experience

Called these guys after reading positive reviews. They changed out four locks in about an hour for about $ 17/​lock. They installed a door nob that I had purchased and used its keys to retool the other locks, which was nice perk. They seemed friendly and did good work. I had a lock that was sticky, and the locksmith repaired the door as well with a saw he had with him, and did a good job. Only negative was that he didn’t tell me that he was going to charge me extra labor until after he had done the labor. It wasn’t too much though. The only negative was that I wanted to get an extra remote for my garage door and they weren’t able to program the universal remote for my opener. No big deal, because it was something extra anyway. I would use them again or recommend them but I’ve only used them once.

Great service when locked out of my car! Locking the keys in my car is bad enough; Expecting to pay a premium for after-​hours service just adds to the pain. Fortunately, Chris at Wise Locksmith had a locksmith available for a quoted price of $ 79 without any additional fees. Highly recommend.

I just purchased a new townhouse and the sellers unfortunately did not leave me the mailbox key. As the mailbox is not owned by USPS, I was on my own to get it opened and re-​keyed. I contacted Wise Locksmith after a recommendation from a friend, as well as after reading all of the positive Unilocal reviews.
I used the form on their website to inquire about the possibility of them being able to come out and open the mailbox. I received a reply almost immediately that they could come out same day to to the service. Since I wasn’t available, I opted to have them come out the following afternoon.
The next day, Chris showed up on time and re-​keyed my mailbox quickly in the steady rain. He was very friendly and personable. I was given two keys — helpful! I paid the exact price he quoted me. The entire process couldn’t have taken any longer than 20 minutes.
I definitely recommend Wise Locksmith — great service and I’ll be sure to keep their number on hand next time I need any locksmith services!

I had to get a new lock for the cluster mail box in my neighborhood and I found it here. Even though cluster mail boxes are everywhere, finding locks for them proved more difficult than taking candy from a fat kid.
They had a bunch of them in stock and they made sure it worked and patiently explained to me how to install it myself. The key was so new and sharp, it was sticking in the lock so they ran it through some of their equipment to file it down. I installed it quick and easy (despite never installing one before) and it was nice that it came with three keys. It’s kind of ridiculous that the post office charges $ 40 for such an easy installation, it took me one minute, thanks for the help Wise Locksmith!

The clinic in which I work needed to have «Not in use /​In use» indicator locks installed in the bathroom doors. I contacted 3 local locksmiths for quotes. I emailed Chris via their website on Tuesday 10−11−11 and within an hour had a response sitting in my inbox with a rough estimate. Between my work schedule and Chris’s our communication over the next few days was via voice mail or email. Although we never actually spoke on the phone he was able to get the formal quote emailed to me and we scheduled the work for the following Monday. He showed up as scheduled and after getting our approval on the hardware, he got to work. He was finished in less than an hour and the work was great!
This was a non emergency job and he responded very quickly. I would not hesitate to call him in case of an emergency.
He was the least expensive, the most responsive and extremely efficient. I would recommend him to anyone and plan to use his services in the future.

Wise Locksmith is professional, fast and effective.
I returned home at midnight and realized that I’d locked myself out of the apartment. I first called a different locksmith, but the fellow was vague about the cost of unlocking my door –specifically, I was told that it would cost a base fee of around $ 30, plus some amount that the technician would determine once on site. I declined his services, and next tried Wise Locksmith.
Immediately on answering the phone, Chris stated the costs for his services, and pointed out there were no hidden fees. This disclosure, and his general demeanor were both in contrast to the first place I called. I requested his services, and within 15 minutes, Chris had arrived in his work van, and within another five minutes, my apartment door was unlocked.
Chris is very nice, professional, and you can tell he really takes pride in his craft and his business. I wholeheartedly endorse Wise Locksmith.
