I am retired and own several multi family properties in Park Slope, Gowanas, Greenwood, and one out of state property. I can’t express how fortunate I feel by hiring ET Property Management as my first management company because I hear so many horror stories regarding other experiences with other companies. Eddie Torres is very responsive to calls, texts, and e-​mails from me and my tenants. He handles all aspects of my properties. They offer excellent professional services and peace of mind — everything from promptly clearing our front sidewalks when it snows to keeping our common areas clean to taking care of our recycling and keeping our insurance and other policies/​obligations current.
