History
Established in 2005.
Israeli Owner and chef Rafael Hasid graduated from the French Culinary Institute; His idea was to use the knowledge he received there and try to develop a menu that was based on Mediterranean ingredients and dishes– but to have a bit of an Israeli twist. He wants his customers to have a good Mediterranean experience with high quality ingredients without burning a hole in their wallets.

Business Owner
Rafael reigns from Tel Aviv, Israel. He came to the United States to pursue his passion for cooking and enrolled at the French Culinary Institute where he graduated in 2001. Since he can remember he has always wanted to open up his own restaurant and design his own menu.
