Sweet folks behind the counter and a darn good Soy Chai Latte made this a great stop on the road from East Texas back to Austin. Didn’t get the young man who took my order’s name but his smile probably makes a lot of people’s days. I’ll stop in again sometime.

The barista refused to give me a refill and claimed that he’d been working there for ten years and knew the policy well. I am a gold card member with a purchase of coffee in that store. I know I am good for unlimited refill within the same visit of the store. I also know Starbucks baristas AND their managers sometimes don’t really know their refill policy. Therefore, I asked if he could make a call to their company to make things clear. He made a call, gave me a refill and told me that it would be the last drink I can get from him because he was too busy. He used a very rude tone when he said this to me. Plus the Internet was down there. My first and last visit to this store. I think this is the type of experience that makes a hate review by a person who never writes one.

The ladies that work here are the BEST! They know your name and your drink when you walk in. Since it’s in Kroger they don’t offer the food here, but they make the drinks better than any«full» Starbucks in town.
