We are one of the largest real estate offices in the area with over 24 agents to serve home buyers and sellers.

Our listings are professionally staged, professionally photographed, and a drone is available for aerial shots. Sellers will find their home advertised online through various ads such as Facebook, Real​tor​.com, and Trulia/​Zillow. We use all available resources to find the perfect buyer for our listings.

Our agents are highly invested in this community, some even born and raised in the area. We are on local boards for organizations, such as Hays YMCA and the local Chamber of Commerce. We often use these local resources to find a property that best fits our buyer’s needs and can get a buyer into a home before it ever hits the market. We work hard to ensure every buyer secures the home of their dreams.

History

Established in 2012.

Marc Goebler, born and raised in the Buda/​Kyle area, teamed up with California native Karlyn Ellis. Together they opened Prosper Properties in 2012 located in downtown Buda with the intention of offering localized expertise and exceptional customer service. Today Prosper Properties has more than 20 real estate agents and covers Georgetown to San Antonio, commercial and residential properties.

Business Owner

Karlyn Ellis is the founder of Prosper Properties. She began her real estate career when she fell in love with a custom home builder. Together they have been working in the real estate world ever since. Prosper Properties is located in downtown Buda and has more than 25 agents to serve the local Buda/​Kyle real estate market needs.
