Maple location just East of N Forest. They are called Hortons because there are«Tons» of «Hors» around Buffalo. I mean they are literally all over the place. I heard there are tons in Toronto too. I mean there are several just in this part of Williamsville/Amherst alone. They’re always hot and they’re always fresh and they always taste delicious. I used to come to this Hortons all the time until about 6 months ago when my Hortons-obsessed friend stopped working right near it. Plus I noticed that the quality here is not that good. So I moved over to a different Hortons, or lots of different ones, and I don’t miss it. Service here was bad and they never got the order right. Feel like I’ve already posted this review but it’s not here. This is a good Tim Hortons in general, and often where some of the other locations make lukewarm coffee, this one will give you hot coffee. On the other hand, they have a young man who is working here who is very rude. He once shorted me on my change, he always treats me like he wishes I never drove up to his window, and one time, he wouldn’t change a $ 50 for about $ 7 worth of stuff. So I had to go somewhere else, buy something, and go back and get coffee. I was rather disgruntled. Lowering this review to a 2 based on this experience. If you haven’t had Tim Horton’s before, it’s milky and smooth and infinitely better than the coffee at the other chains. I get 4&4 — it’s not really for me, but I often share it and I have to admit, I love it.

This location of Tim’s used to be, well, less than stellar. It’s been superb for about the last six months, though! Way to go. It’s all about the leadership and some of the team from my former favorite Timmy H’s moved up the road a piece to this location. The team, especially Jordan, is friendly, recognizes I’m a regular, is cheerful, and efficient. I can almost always count on my order being correct. Yeah, I’m a PITA: half decaf, double cream, hazelnut — you’d(maybe) be surprised at how hard it is to get that order correct. From other Tim’s, I regularly drive away with just black coffee, or with some other(horrible tasting) flavor shot(spew! blech!) or no cream at all. This Tim’s makes me smile with its great service, terrific batting average of delivering the correct order and efficient drive-thru. My kind of Tim’s!

This location has great coffee and great service. Even though it seems as if TH adds a little extra caffeine to their coffee, the taste can’t be beat. Love that hot chocolate too.

Great donuts! This is a donut chain originating in Canada. Saw something new… blueberry donut in a shape of a flower. Too bad this is an East Coast donut shop.

This Tim’s is in the middle of the pack of the area Tim’s. When I pull into the parking lot, my dog starts whining as he knows he is gettin’ some glazed Timbits action after I get my French Vanilla Iced Coffee, Double Splenda, Double Milk(yeah, I’m totally a girl).
