How does a restaurant that serves only chicken run out of chicken on s Saturday night at 6:30 pm? Poor operations management. Frustrated but am taking a gamble that in 10 minutes the chicks will be ready.

The service is not always super friendly here, but the food is in fact good. If your order is not super complicated, and you just need some grub, its a go. The restaurant isn’t exactly filthy, but I’ve come in on a few occasions where I have to hunt down a clean table to eat at because most of them have old plates/silverware stacked up on them.

At Boston market I have always gotten a good deal for the buck. The chicken is always good but stay away from the brick meatloaf. Service is fine and the seating is adequate. The place looks clean and now that they changed people in the front, service may have improved. I would always have the Indian guy take my order and he had a tude like he was too good working at the place.

We used to get Boston Market brought to us at work in DC all the time, that was my first experience. The food was always good, but cold(no fault of the restaurant, the reps were slow) and it was usually very good but due to the nature of my job, I was always getting the scraps. SO I decided to get some hot, fresh chicken of my own! We did the family meal for 3, with the rotisserie chicken, green beans, loaded mashed potatoes and cinnamon apples. It was all hot and tasted good, the green beans were a little chewy and over cooked, but that is not a deal breaker for fast food. The apples for were money! Chicken was moist, I got samples of the Thai chili and habanero sauces but forgot to try them :-( My only complaint is that the cost is a bit high for the size of the sides but all in all, not bad for a quick dinner when you don’t want to cook and want something not so healthy.

I mean if you’re looking for a fast food meal it’s better to stop by here then to go to McDonald’s and grab a burger or something like that. At least the food taste homemade.

Service was fine. Food was good. Place was clean. I think it’s a bit over priced for the selection. But not bad.

This location is always very clean, food is brought to your table and your table is cleaned. Great drink selection they have like 4 ice teas and 2 lemon aids. No food is ever out of stock. The food is plated really well, and always looks so appetizing. Your receipt always has coupons to come back next week buy one get one free. Great deal!

Much better food than standard KFC, and I highly recommend Mac n cheese as a side. Prices are pretty good for the amount and quality of food. Overall, definitely recommend.

DELICIOUSNESS!!! Fast food to the finest!(A much better option than McDonald, Burger King, Subway, and all that junk) Service: Quickly prepare your food. They just need to smile a little more. This place is clean and has a nice atmosphere. Food: I would eat this everyday! On-line order: Most of the time, they have the order ready. Once in a while, they just forget and they would just make it on the spot.

This is good fast food. They give you real plates and silver ware. The chicken is tasty and my son enjoys the meatloaf. Try the carver combos as well. You will enjoy the fresh sides. My fav is the mix veggies.

Food and service OK. Big question — why won’t Boston Market let customers have salt? All the salt shakers have been removed from the table(pepper still there) and replaced with a note about how bad salt is for you. You can get salt, but you have to go to the drink station to get it – you are not deemed responsible enough to have salt within your reach. Stop playing food cops, Boston Market. You are offending customers. If people want salt, they should not have to go looking for it.

The food is good but this place gets the lowest point from me for the sheer rudeness of the server. I don’t know if the guy was just having a rough day or what, but he didn’t need to humiliate me for asking for a little more sauce. I was prepared to pay extra for it. The server’s name is Shen or Chen. I ordered a family meal for four and saw that the the little container was half filled with bbq sauce. I asked for a little more sauce and the little guy looked at me and shouted — yes, actually SHOUTED, «It not soup, it sauce, this more than enough for four people»! Then he walked away, rolling his eyes. I was embarrassed and other people around me looked shocked and embarrassed for me. As expected, the half container of sauce was not enough. Will find other places for take-out dinners…

I love eating here! So worth the money, prepared quickly and very tasty! It’s the closest to soul food I’ve gotten here in VA! And not one black person works there! Lol

I know, I am shocked too — 4 stars at Boston Market. Not gonna lie, I really used to hate on this place. One experience 10 years ago led me to never return, until one day in the not too distant past, that the lunch break was short and I was desperate. I gave BM(Boston Market, not bowel movement) a second chance. Thankfully, my most recent experience at BM was surprisingly delicious. Yes. Boston Market… delicious. All their sides looked awesome, I had the corn(awesome, more than likely covered with a Paula Deen serving of butter), corn bread(also awesome), mac and cheese(eh…), and a ¼ Sweet Thai Chili Garlic chicken. People here were friendly and the restaurant is clean. Good for you Boston Market, you now have the Chunnu Seal of Approval. I will be back :)
