I have assisted in the sale and resale of single family residences, condominiums or other attached properties, short sales, investment properties, relocation, trust sales, move up buyers, international buyers, first time buyers, second or vacation homes and other real estate inquiries. I utilize all of Coldwell Banker’s tools and technologies which are advantageous to both my sellers and buyers in either getting their house sold or purchasing a property in our current real estate market.

History

Established in 2009.

My real estate career began in 2009. At the time the market was filled with both short sales and banked owned properties. As a result, it took the real estate process to a different level. This caused most agents to leave the business. As for me, this process allowed me to gain the tenacity, negotiation skills, sensitivity, patience, and creativity that are needed to complete any real estate transaction. As a Realtor, I respect my client’s values of home ownership, listen to their real estate needs, and try to provide them with a home that fits their lifestyle.
