Through serving our clients, and our community, we enjoy fulfilling our mission of Building Community… One Neighbor At A Time. Building community with our clients begins with bringing to bear our combined 12 years of real estate experience, along with past experience in customer service, architecture and development, and executive leadership, as we represent them buying and/​or selling their homes in North County San Diego. BUT, it doesn’t end there! We utilize an after-​sale strategy (our Client Appreciation Program) whereby our clients receive valuable information each month in regards to real estate and much more!

Additionally, we stay in contact with our clients on a consistent basis by checking in — whether with a phone call, a personal note, or simply popping by — with the goal of becoming trusted advisors. Moreover, we build community in the way of co-​hosting housewarming parties with our clients once they’ve bought their new home.

History

Established in 2001.

What we are is a couple who have been married for 32 years, which qualifies us for the title of expert negotiators! For the past 14 years we have helped over 300 people buy and sell real estate. We bring past experience in customer service, architecture and development, and executive leadership to bear, as we serve our clients. We have earned a number of awards and are currently in the top 3% in terms of sales volume within our Windermere Homes & Estates family of over 300 agents.

What are our core values?

We are people of faith; parents of two adult children, Brayden and Savanna (and our boxer Reagan); we have a passion to live-​out our core value of service in our community by giving of our time and resources to local charitable foundations, and business organizations like the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce; and, to help enrich our lives, we love educating ourselves by attending conferences, reading and, of course, we try to make everything we do fun
