I had my car fixed at Shaker Quality Auto Repair. They told me it would take 3 days to repair. Although they were sent the wrong part, it was done within 3 days! They did a fantastic job and they couldn’t have been nicer! I will definitely return here for any future needs!

These guys are great. Super helpful and they get the job done quickly.
I went in to see them because I didn’t trust what the dealership had told me about a repair that I «needed». They took a look and instead of just agreeing with the dealership, let me know that there was nothing wrong with my car. Free of charge. Couldn’t ask for anything more. I’ll be back!

Overrated and expensive. If you are looking for quality repairs, they take too many shortcuts and don’t do the job fully right. If you are looking for economical repairs, they overcharge you for what you get. Go to Artisan Bodyworks and ask for Martin to get the same or better quality repair for much much less.

During my first winter in Cleveland, I got into a pretty bad car collision from the slippery roads. Sam from the Lusty Wrench suggested that I come here for repair. Everyone at Shaker Quality is so friendly! The lady at the front desk kindly offered me tea and coffee, even though I was there for only a free estimate!
Ron was the one who helped me. He gave me a quick estimate and was able to cut down some costs to fit my student budget. He said the repair would take a 2 – 3 days to complete and I can bring in my car as soon as possible. Talk about efficiency! Coincidentally, it was also before spring break time for school and I had already planned a week trip to somewhere that was neither freezing nor snowing. Ron graciously said that I can bring in my car before I leave for my trip and offered to keep my car in the shop until I get back, at no extra cost. Yayy Ron is seriously the man!
I highly suggest coming there for your car repair needs! These people are so helpful and will give you a great deal :)

These guys are the bomb. They are incredibly honest. I base that on the fact that they always quote their repairs at a very competitive price. I’ve never found anybody who would do anything cheaper.
Eric is a very honest guy. He must run the place cause he always is the one to answer my questions. I have asked him if I could do some stuff myself and he always tells me if it is easy or not. The last time it was the charcoal filter in my fuel filler, he was doing this work along with my transmission and said he’d install just at the cost of parts. He said I could have done it myself but since he already had the car up he’d do it.
The receptionist is very kind and they are overall great people to work with. I do think they should change their name though, because for the longest time I just thought they did body work.

In 2003, my car was totaled from a run in with a teenage uninsured driver. Despite this, Ron masterfully resurrected my car in a timely manner with creative solutions and in a cost effective way. He also patiently dealt with the issues related to insurance related compensation. 10 years, 100,000 miles later, and multiple cross country trips later, my car is still a joy to drive and one of the most reliable presences in my life. Ron is truly the godfather of my car… And of all the adventures I’ve been able to have in my sunroom home on wheels.
After my traumatic but happy resolution of my car accident, Ron has serviced my car dozens of times over the next 8 years with the highest level of skill. Even after I moved away, I still drove from NYC to give my car the best care. The whole family is involved in this business, and you feel like you’re amongst friends and family whenever you’re in their shop.
