Called made appointment, drove in was meet by Naqib, did a little paperwork, he explained everything did test & sent me on my way. Simple fast & friendly, plus if you go to website & print out coupon, best price in town. Highly recommend looking into this place if you need to Smog your car or truck.

After reading the other reviews I called early Friday afternoon (1÷22÷16) and got an appointment for an hour later. The entire process including check-​in took about 20 minutes.
And his price can’t be beat. I’ve previously taken my car to places in Danville and San Ramon and paid a lot more. I have found the best place to get smog checks from now on.

Decided to get my smog done today (10÷15÷15) and looked on Unilocal for the best deal and was brought here. I made an appt in the morning and and arrived at 1115 and am done with my smog writing this review at 1130! Naqib greeted me as I walked in, was very polite and had a great attitude about what he was doing. I highly recommend this place and will come back for all my smog services!

I am selling my car and that unfortunately requires a smog. Luckily I found bayside smog on Unilocal and they made the process as easy as it can be. This is the best smog shop I’ve ever been to. They are friendly, fast, and inexpensive. This is the only place I use for smog now. I have also turned all of my co workers onto this place. They had great experiences as well.

Every time I need to get a car smog I will call the 20 closest smog centers for price and Bayside smog is always the cheapest even without coupons. The service is fast, parking is easy, location is great. I highly recommend this spot for any smog!

As with the other Unilocalers. the majority of reviews seem to be right. I came by, The employee was friendly but quick to get to business. Asked all the necessary questions and gave me my discount for checking in. 10 minutes after signing paperwork… my car was done! $ 40 out the door. As an added bonus, the inspection revealed that I was missing a screw on my engine that my dealer forgot to replace. Thanks for the heads up!

Have a raised truck. And trying all over the local area to find a place to do a alignment was a call to every place with no can do. Credit first to Larrys Tires who recommended them. Talked with Lex and set up a time bring my truck in. The man was friendly, funny and professional. Truck had to stay until the next day as the job was a little more complicated then a standard truck or car alignment. Anyways he called when finished and went over everything they did. Appreciate the honesty and hard work to get my un-​standard alignment done right. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Whole process took about 20 min. Good price and good customer service. I definitely recommend going here!

If you need a STAR certified smog and is nearby this area, THIS is absolutely the only place to go, do not look anywhere else. I’ve asked for quotes from dozens of others STAR certified smog check only stations, and this is surely the cheapest one. I came on a weekday, and the technician was having his lunch break. Unfortunately I had to wait close to an hour for him, such bad timing on my part. I should have made an appointment first, ensuring that he will be in shop. There is only one technician working, so he had to close the shop for his lunch break.
When he came back, he was very respectful and professional, went straight to work as effectively as he could. Once he started to smog my car, the process is less than 20 minutes. Don’t forget to Check in on Unilocal so you get the really great price that is unbeatable for any STAR certified Smog check station. Great guy, very friendly, conversational, and professional. I will always come back here to get my car smogged! Location is easy to miss at first, just find the small are where a bunch of mechanic shops are located, and you will find this place inside.

It was an awful experience. The guy was rude and acted like he did not care whether your car passed or failed. Not helpful at all! Will never come back! Plenty of other places in Concord. Oh yeah and they are over priced.

Walked in as he finished another car. Friendly, quick, inviting to next customer (whom he spoke Spanish to). Nice quick and inexpensive with check in discount.

Okay, I did something I never do & went back to this place again after almost 2 years since my bad experience there. Why? Because for the kind of smog test I needed this shop is the cheapest in the area by far, so I held my breath & decided to try them again. The guy working there now is all business — he got me in quickly, did the test, gave me my papers, and off I went (the jerk who 2 years before made me wait behind someone who got there after I did was long gone — good riddance!). So I’m now raising my review from 1 star to 3 stars (I think that’s fair, one horrible visit, one great one, they average out). I’m glad to see this place is now run a lot better than it was before. I will try them again for my next smog, and if all goes well I’ll raise my review again.
