We are longtime customers of J Spray. They do excellent work and I highly recommend them. They provide prompt, courteous service. The other day we forgot that they were coming and left the dog in the backyard. When they arrived they saw the dog in the backyard and postponed the service for another time when Archie the dog was inside. I never see any bugs between visits. They even helped identify and close up holes in the house were mice were getting under the house. I wish all service companies provided service this good.

We have used Jspray a couple of times now. I highly recommend them! A technician came today to spray for ants and spiders. He was very professional and listened to my concerns about kids in the house with the treatment. We didn’t have to sign a contract for normal monthly service like Terminix. Don’t hesitate to call if you have pest problems.

Called J Spray a few weeks ago on a referral from a family member because we had cockroach-like bugs in our garage and patio area. The other places I called wanted me to sign a contract for recurring service, but not J Spray, which was nice. No hassle for one-time-service.
I talked to Charlene on the phone, she asked me how big and what color they were and was able to identify them over the phone (apparently the drought has driven them in search of water). Dan came and sprayed for them the next day and we haven’t seen any since.

They sprayed our Olive Tree on 6÷23÷11 to prevent fruit — all the leaves are falling off — it looks terrible and is impossible to keep cleaned up. Wonder if it is dying? Still waiting to get their bottom line — they want to blame it on weather… not acceptable.

Spent $ 150 for service, they came and sprayed for bugs only once, the bugs are still here. Will not use them again.
Want my money back, and will never recommend them to anyone.
