Seth from AAI Pest Control was SO GREAT to deal with! He was very professional and positive, and yet still practical in evaluating our pest issues inside and outside at my office. Our pest problem necessitated him returning weekly over a 4 – 5 week period, and he was efficient and helpful each time without rushing out or making us feel like just another stop on a long list. Another technician, Devin, helped us previously with a different pest (it’s like we were being invaded!!) and I highly recommend him, too. Both guys made dealing with an unpleasant situation (pests…eek!) better.

LOVE Marcus! Better yet our doggies love him. Marcus is a very kind man who always makes sure to get all the pesky cobwebs in the yard, which was the main reason we hired a pest control company. We highly recommend AAI pest control and if your lucky Marcus will be your technician.

AAI is very responsive and professional. The three team members I’ve worked with provided thorough information and were readily available when needed. The technicians and inspectors went through every question I had an gave me a clear «why» to each of their answers. Additionally, the team had extensive knowledge on pests and they were up to date on the latest research findings and technology for pest control. When we ran into a termite problem, the front office was timely in responding to the selected solution and gave me clear directions for action. I’ve recommended AAI to my neighbors and would recommend them to anyone that has a need for pest control.

We have been with AAI for quite sometime now. We recently moved and had a lot problems with bugs. Before we actually moved in we called them to come and spray, yes it was that bad. Lucky for us they sent out a man named Tim O’neill. This guy is amazing, very friendly, and knows how to take care of his customers. We have had many technicians come out before but none like this guy, he is awesome! I recommend AAI over any other pest control service out there, great company, affordable, and very friendly service!!!

We have used AA1 for over 10 years. Our service technician, Marcus Watts is very thorough and provides excellent service. We live in the country and the wasps build nests quickly. Marcus eliminates the nests and sprays for ants and beetles. Thank you for providing great service.

I have used AAI at my house for the past 4 years and haven’t had problems with their services. You can pick up the phone and call them and ask any questions you have, they are local and they want to help their customers. I would not use any other pest control company to protect my family.

What a wonderful experience we have had with AAI! My Mother-​in-​Law lives in Tracy and is elderly. She is very nervous about allowing strangers in her home so I usually research and help out when she needs someone to do work around the house. She has had a persistant ant problem in her kitchen/​dining area that we haven’t been able to manage for her with store bought pesticides so we decided to call AAI based on a referal from a neighbor. Jeff has been the technician that has serviced her home each time. He is always professional, clean cut, personable young man. Upon first meeting him he made us feel very comfortable about his knoledge and experience. We are very happy with AAI and most import my MIL likes them which is hard to accomplish.

They did well for a while — until my house got invaded by ants. Their reaction time was slow and then the guy handed me 3 ant bait cartridges and told me to put them wherever I thought would be best (hmmm). I thought that was his job. The ants kept coming so I called the office and was told the manager was off that day (Friday), but somebody could come out Monday. A weekend with ants in the pantry is not my idea of a good time. I called another company and a manager came out the same day. I cancelled AAI and the ants were gone the next day. Now I have a nice guy in a yellow truck with green lettering that takes care of the bugs AND the weeds. I am giving them 5 stars.

they were great 2 years ago when i first bought my house. easy to schedule, easy to get a hold of.
this time around? not so much. each time i call, i get the «we’re experiencing an «unsually high call volume» message every 20 seconds. this past time, i was on the phone for 10 minutes before speaking to a human. (in their defense, they give me the option of leaving a voicemail.)
last week, i called because we found 2 dead mice in our garage. someone came out thursday. my husband paid $ 175 for service, and was told that someone would call to schedule the vent replacement and follow ups. it’s been a week, so i called them myself today.
I asked why i hadn’t been called, i was told that i was on the call list today because my appointment is TOMORROW. FRIDAY. between 1:00 — 3:00. i don’t know about you, but gee, that’s kind of short notice… especially for someone who is WORKING.
so i voice my frustration to this supervisor. i cannot wrap my head around why they wouldn’t call me to figure out when would be a good time to schedule based on OUR work schedule, seeing that my husband and I are the clients. turns out, 3 follow ups were already scheduled! without either of us knowing! and she tells me that most of the time there isn’t a problem. well… maybe the people you are servicing are retired or don’t have jobs then.
i am off 1 afternoon a week… and my husband can go into work late in the mornings. but ALL of our follow ups were scheduled in the afternoon, but of course, not when i am available.
i spent 30 minutes on the phone, to get times that still don’t really work. i’m going to have to ask my mom to drive over to be there for these appointments. they tell me they are trying to «accommodate me.» but really, they can’t because i don’t have all day saturday to sit around and wait for someone to come by.
i’m resigned to deal with this because we already paid… but seriously? never again.

I think this outfit is really great.
I have used them for about 5 years now. My service person is very pleasant, and does a great job. If I have extra things needed I call and they come out again — no problem.
I can’t think of anything negative to say.

I have used AAI Pest Control for the past 19 years at my home in Livermore, I have always been more than satisfied with the attention I have received with regard to the issues I may have been having at the time. I highly recommend this company and believe their customer service to be top notch. They are easy to communicate with and the technician is always there when they tell you, he was friendly and I felt safe with him in my home and yard. I am moving into a new home and have already called to start up service again.
