We worked with Bridgette who was fantastic to work with. She helped and guided us through the design, selection, ordering and delivery process for our cabinets.
Overall, we were very happy with the service provided. We would definitely recommend them for a kitchen/​bath remodel.

Our remodel has been quite a roller coaster ride, and I have to admit that there was a time during this process where I definitely would not have been writing this review. People make mistakes all the time, some big, some small. I won’t go into the details, but a mistake was made which threw a major wrench in our plans. What happened before this mistake, and after it, however, is the reason for this five star review.
First of all, Patty is an absolute joy to work with. She combines a wonderful personality with awesome design chops and always makes you feel like you are her most important customer. We really enjoyed the process of designing our kitchen, and were so impressed with Patty’s hands on approach to making sure we ended up ordering the right kitchen for our space.
Again, a small mistake with big consequences was made, but what has really blown me away has been how Patty and Curt have dealt with it in the aftermath. Their level of attentiveness, willingness to do whatever it took to make it right, and consistently going above and beyond these past few weeks has been nothing short of the best customer experience I’ve ever had.
We don’t plan on remodeling a kitchen again anytime soon, but if we do, we will absolutely go back to Patty and Curt. And in the meantime, we will be recommending them to all of our friends. There’s something to be said for engaging with customers in a delightful and surprising way, and Patty and Curt are a shining example of this. Thank you both for making this remodel such a positive experience and outcome! We will always appreciate it.

Our contractor recommended Patty from Signature Kitchen Design for our complete remodel of our 50s era kitchen. We were constrained by our present kitchen layout and could only do a small bump out for the refrigerator. Patty designed a beautiful and functional new kitchen. Everyone thinks we expanded the kitchen because it looks so spacious. Patty was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. She suggested Medallion Cabinets and they are beautiful and the amount of storage is fantastic. I’m busy buying stuff to fill the cabinets! Our old cabinets were stuffed but the new cabinets full of extra space.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with Patty and her team. We used Signature Kitchen & Bath for a fairly sizable home remodel. We put new cabinets in 3 bathrooms, a laundry room, a dining room, large kitchen & pantry and a home office for 2. Patty’s expertise & design was priceless. Through all the ups and downs of a home remodel, Patty was one of the few reliable and consistently dependable people involved. The quality of the Omega cabinets throughout and Medallion in the office, were perfect. We could not have asked for a better experience with Signature Kitchen & Bath.

We feel very fortunate that we found Patty Hayos of Signature Kitchen & Bath Design to design the layout of our new kitchen. She spent all the time needed to get it just right, including designing two different scenarios for us to choose from. Patty is very experienced and creative in utilizing every square inch to maximize counter space and cabinet space. She knows the product backward and forward and knows every option available. She showed up early one morning to receive the cabinet delivery at our house to insure that everything was delivered as ordered. We took advantage of her recommendation of a contractor to install the new kitchen and are glad we did. Sean Prudhom and his team did a great job of installing the new cabinetry, appliances, tile backsplash and floor, and reworking all the electrical needs to meet code. The final result is a very beautiful and very functional new space that serves as the heart of our home.

I met with Patty, not sure of what to expect. I shared with her the basic layout of our existing kitchen and after a quick review, I was impressed immediately. She not only understood the flow of the space in a very unconventional house, but she asked me great questions about how my family and I use the kitchen, live, and move in the house. She also listened carefully to constraints we saw with the existing kitchen. Very quickly, she drafted up an incredible vision for the kitchen, not only optimizing the space, but making it a kitchen we would use and enjoy for many years. I highly recommend Patty and am so grateful we were able to work with her on such an important project.

I waited 15 years for my kitchen remodel partially because I was nervous about finding the «right» person to help me design it. I did quite a bit of research and brought my dream kitchen photo I printed from Houzz to my first meeting with Patty at my house. She asked a lot of great questions as to what was important to me and I feel she really listened. When she showed me her design, I was ecstatic! It was exactly what I hoped my kitchen would look like. Patty utilized the odd footprint to a premium adding well-​thought-​out counter and cabinet space and my favorite piece — an island. The whole process was so seamless and I now have my real dream kitchen!

We started our long renovation journey a bit overwhelmed, not knowing exactly what we want as the end result. Our friends recommended that we’ll reach out to Patty at Signature Kitchen, and so we did.
Patty learned our requirements and spent time consulting, helping and refining. Because of the specific design, she eventually recommended us to reach out to a custom kitchen shop. We received tremendous value from the meeting and wished we could continue and work with Patty.
Months passed by and we eventually fine-​tuned our design in a way that allowed a semi-​custom kitchen to fit. Naturally, we went back to Patty.
This time Patty helped finalizing the design and again, provided amazing help.
Eventually and as happens in many renovations, our budget shifted with unexpected addition of structural beams, wall removal, lighting etc., which shrunk our kitchen cabinets budget. Sadly, we couldn’t purchase the beautiful kitchen Patty helped us design and had to settle on less.
There are these occasions where the service or products are so exceptional that you just have to share the experience. Even though I rarely share my thoughts online, it would have been a shame not to write a review this time and recognize Patty for her commendable service.

My journey has been a long one in designing my kitchen. I found Signature Kitchen on Unilocal drove to their showroom and thats where I met Patty. Right away I felt welcomed and comfortable asking lots of questions. Patty was patient with me as I had no clue what to do and what it takes to create a kitchen. She walked me through the process, helped me select my cabinets and made suggestions she felt would fit my needs.
I felt like I was her #1 priority… Patty never let any details slip. She was completely hands on and never rushed me in my decision making.
Once I had made all of my final decisions and placing my order. Patty was even more hands on. Making sure the delivery of cabinets were accurate and stopping by several times to ensure the install was going smoothly. She even saw things I would have never seen and took quick action to change.

Signature Kitchen and Bath Design offered us a customer-​centered experience that left us comfortable, satisfied, and impressed with both the end product and the process of getting there.
It started with Curt spending over an hour explaining to us the basics of cabinetry, like the styles, the designs, the wood types, and the colors. He answered all of our questions without giving us any pressure to put down a deposit. In fact, he encouraged us more than once not to make any commitments until we’re completely comfortable and have the five remodeling decisions all sorted out: cabinet, contractor, counter top, floor, and appliances. On a hind sight, we were very relieved that he gave us this advice, because it took us much longer than expected to find a good contractor.
During the process of deciding how to design our kitchen, Curt offered a lot of good insights and helped us pick a final layout that we are very happy with. Patty also helped to put in some finishing touches.
The wood is high-​quality even though we chose the silver line, and everything is either solid wood or plywood. There was no MDF or particle board. It was also made in North America.
During the remodeling process, Curt made himself available to answer questions on site, and after remodeling, he showed us how to tighten the hinges, so that the cabinet doors don’t bump each other when opening.
At the end of the whole process, we are completely satisfied, not only because our kitchen looks fabulous, but also because we understand why it looks good. Many thanks go to Curt and Patty for an exceptional experience.

Hassle free! That’s our experience with Patty during our home renovation.
We first shopped around Home Depot /​Lowes and other cabinets stores, but our impression is that every store is only selling the cabinet while the design is only to measure the dimension.
We saw the review on Unilocal and it seems Signature has a very good service from reviews. As it’s close to our home, we swung by and saw Kurt. He didn’t ask our budget, instead he asked us what kind of cabinets we’re interested in. As we didn’t have the idea, he showed us different types and styles of cabinets and asked us to think about it first. With the information, we understand what we might need.
When we got back again, Kurt scheduled a meeting for us with Patty to start the topic of design. The process is just standard but Patty showed us what matters to design during our first meeting. Then we started the design phase.
There are multiple meetings to go through details on color, door types, etc. However, the design was about $ 1000 over our budget. Instead of asking us for lower quality product, Patty tried both financial adjustment and also design fine tune to meet our design which turned out pretty well.
During installation, I called Patty about the issues we met and she showed up in my house in 30 minutes and instructed the workers to finish the job.
Over the whole process, we only provided the overall dimension and Patty filled with full design and we only need to nod to agree. She read all appliance specs and worked out the best solution for us. For example, we have 36″ cook top and 30″ slide-​in oven under cook top, she came up with the least expensive solution but still looks nice design.
We really like the experience from design to post installation service from Patty and Kurt.

Three years out and I still love my kitchen and bath. Patti and contractor Pat Ross did an amazing job! My bathroom has an amazing spa like quality. She had an amazing eye for color and my vision. She took care if a deviation came up. She was able to put the kitchen plans on hold, and promptly take care of our bathroom (second project) and make it a first project, after our sewer backed up into our bathroom and bedroom. She was also able to slow things down when a family member became ill and died. My kitchen looks like it belong in Milan. Every draw and cabinet function and look gorgeous. My counter tops still wow! I would change nothing. Patti even had suggestions that were not on my radar.

We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen and the support we received from Patty and Curt. It was clear from the first time we met that Signature Kitchen was a special place. Other designers we visited didn’t come close to the expertise and professional service. After a brief discussion in their showroom, Patty visited our house to start the design process. Patty asked lots of questions to find out what our goal was. She was able to visualize the new kitchen right there.
Patty produced a design in short time, and after a few minor changes we were ready to move forward and order the cabinets and other material. With the help of a friend, i did the installation myself. Since this was my first time, I had several questions as we went along. Patty was always very responsive, usually that same day. Patty was also quick to meet any changes we wanted after we started.
Another great part of their service is the referrals to other businesses. Since our remodel included a new wood floor throughout the first floor of the house, painting the entire interior, new blinds throughout, as well as appliances and other items for the kitchen, it was helpful to have a list of places Patty considered first rate.
The proof is in the final result, which is a beautiful kitchen. In short, an outstanding all around experience!

We bought our kitchen cabinets from them. Craig (and Curt) were extremely helpful in designing the layout and selecting the wood/​color/​texture etc. They always promptly replied to questions, even on the weekend. The result of our new kitchen is stunning and couldn’t have been better.

We used Patti Hayos at Signature Kitchen for our full kitchen remodel. I found them through Unilocal and was impressed with their high ratings.
The design phase started in January 2013 and the construction phase started May 2013.
My initial meeting was with Patti and Lisa, my east coast friend who is an experienced (20+ years) interior designer/​space planner, specializing in kitchens. Lisa was here for a couple of weeks and had two goals — one, to creat a kitchen/​dining room/​addition design, and two, find a custom kitchen cabinet business to take us through the next phases of the kitchen portion of the project.
It was an easy decision for us as it was immediately evident Patti was the utmost professional and really knew her stuff, plus the fact that she was the owner meant she’d have a vested interest in keeping us happy.
btw …Her showroom has beautiful examples of different styles of kitchens.
Over the next 4 months I, and occasionally my husband, met with her many times. She also met with our contractor to establish a relationship so that they could work in conjunction to give us the best end result. There are so many decisions to make. Each and every time we met with Patti she was incredibly patient while we mulled over the many options of wood type, stains, design and then finally the kitchen layout. The best part was once we decided on the wood type, stain and style she ordered a sample to ensure we liked it. With cabinets being such a large ticket item, it was great to see the sample and feel confident about our decision! Plus we were able to take the sample with us when shopping for granite, wall color, and flooring. Immensely helpful!!!
We then went through multiple kitchen design alterations, especially with the size and shape of our island, which affected the size of the island cabinets each time. Using a design program, Patti was able to print out each iteration from many different angles to help us visualize the design change. Again, soooo helpful. Once we finalized the plan, she checked and double checked the measurements to ensure the order was accurate. Then, once the cabinets came into her warehouse she opened the boxes and reviewed the order to ensure its accuracy before it was delivered to us. Much appreciated customer service!!!

Outstanding from beginning to end!
Patty was able to dexterously balance the roles of listener and leader as she helped us to help her design our ideal kitchen. Before the design began, Patty took time understand of our family’s needs, our aesthetic perspective, and the defining parameters of space and money. She was a pleasure to work with as she was able to build on our own ideas and draw from a wealth of professional expertise and personal experience to suggest both large and small adjustments that have made all the difference in the final product. From special cabinet features to hard surface options, Patty was extremely knowledgeable and willing to share her opinions in an effort to inform our decisions. In the end her contributions helped determine the architectural flow of the space, the lighting and appliance choices we made, as well as cabinet and counter choices. She made herself available to come to the site to help us discuss the design in the context of the space, she was there when cabinets were delivered to check for quality and correctness, and she worked with the builder as an advocate for us throughout the process. I can’t say enough about what a pleasure it’s been to work with Patti and her team at Signature kitchens.
I walked into Signature looking for help in purchasing cabinets for my kitchen remodel. The receptionist walked me through a rundown of the models and price ranges on the lines they carried and suggested that I come back to meet with one of their designers. I made an appointment and met with Patti the next day, with my ideas and vision boards in hand.
After talking and trying to explain what I was trying to accomplish, Patti said she felt it would help if she could see the space and take some measurements. She showed up at our house the next morning and walked through the now ‘demo’d’ kitchen trying to imagine the flow that I was trying to make. we were in the process of taking down walls and raising ceilings She took the time to understand what I wanted and made some amazing design suggestions to completely created the kitchen I wanted.
This included moving plumbing, new electric and flooring. The level of detail she put in place, ALL WHILE STAYING UNDER MY BUDGET, is still amazing. I now have high quality cabinets with every feature I wanted. They even expedited my delivery to arrive before the July 4^th weekend so that the installer could be ready to start first thing Monday morning.
I highly suggest that if you want a designer and vendor who works with integrity, creativity and care for her clients, call Patti and her team at Signature Kitchen and Bath.

Patty did delivered a perfect design with an amazing flow for our major Kitchen remodel. (Walls, sealing, electric, plumbing, floors,…) She has great ideas, is experienced, she listens and is easy to work with.
Also through the whole process she was very responsive and kept her cool when there where any problems to solve, even so her Company at that time was moving to a new Location.
The quality of our cabinets is excellent. The hardware on the drawers and doors (soft close) is just fantastic. So easy to install and to adjust if necessary.

I ordered Omega cabinets for our new remodeled kitchen from Signature Kitchen & Bath and I couldn’t be happier with the results. We went to a lot of cabinet stores trying to see how we could save money in this area and my conclusion is that you get what you pay for in this area. So while my cabinets weren’t cheap, they are beautiful and wonderfully made.
Patty and her husband Kurt are fantastic to work with. Patty has a true eye for design and she helped us create a wonderfully functional kitchen that was perfectly suited for the way we cook and eat. I really appreciated how she gave us a lot of advice on how to save money while achieving our goals. Patty and Kurt spent a lot of time with us designing our kitchen, helping us pick out hardware, and working through cabinet alterations that we realized we needed after the cabinets arrived. They were responsive to email and phone calls and worked hard to make sure that we felt supported through our overwhelming kitchen remodeling project.
