Brian Holleman has screwed me out of over 6000.00, he took the money as a deposit for a job and then used it for personal gain. I had a lean put on my home and am trying to finish the project he stole my money for.
Do not use this man

ATTENTION: Apparently there are two companies working under the name HANDYMAN IN DENVER. This one seems to be run by a man named Abe with the address listed and most likely is reliable. The other HANDYMAN IN DENVER is run/​owned by a man named Brian Holleman whom I adamantly do not recommend. He worked on two of my listings; one was delayed by a month, costing my clients another month’s mortgage payment and endless frustration. He added work to the invoice without approval and the work was sloppy, resulting in the need to hire an electrician to make the needed repairs.
The second listing was supposedly ready to close, work complete (according to Mr. Holleman), but the walk-​thru showed otherwise. When attempts were made to contact him, I got nothing but a text that he was out of town for the week without cell service. The sellers were livid, threatening legal action and I had to escrow part of my commission to guarantee completion in order for the sale to close. In addition, I have received two phone calls from vendors he’s hired who had not been paid even though the sellers had paid Brian.
Make sure you’re contacting the correct HANDYMAN IN DENVER and hopefully you’ll get good service.

I had a scheduled appointment on Wednesday and no one showed up. When I called to ask where they were he completely denied ever talking to me and making the appointment. After telling him to look in his call log on is phone because I spoke to him for 5min just the day before he remembered and said he forgot. So I set up an appointment for the next day on Thursday at 430pm… Again waited around for over 3 hours as he said he was running late. Finely at 7pm he said he couldn’t make it and wanted to reschedule again. It was at this point that I told him this was horrible service and I would find someone else.
I can’t speak to the quality of work but the service has been well below par.

My back porch patio was only being held up by the world’s strongest gutter. I was worried that a snow storm would hit soon, and knock it off. I was afraid to walk out my back door.
Brian was extremely responsive and got the job done quickly, so it would be a safe exit. The job was done quickly, but no corners were cut!
I plan to use Handyman in Denver for future projects as they come up, and with a house built in 1910… they always do!

Brian seemed helpful and enthusiastic to help with a bathroom remodel on the phone and via email, even requesting a text message reminder of our appointment because he was on the job and his schedule was in his car. On the day of our appointment I sent him several texts which seemed to be ignored, and called him 10 minutes after our scheduled time and he did not pick up. I still haven’t heard anything.

I scheduled a ceiling fan install, and they never showed up. No calls, no email, nothing. When I called to find out where they were, there was no response. We used Total Handyman, and they were great. Handyman in Denver was more expensive and less reliable.

So delightful after having services from these gays, very responsive and too much experienced are these fellows. they are at the hill top of their expertise i recommend them highly.
