We just had the most satisfying customer service experience from a business in as long as we both can remember. Andrew came out to look at our roof within a day of contacting him. He was prompt, cheerful and extremely efficient. Andrew and his company embody the word community and we are heartened to know that people like him exist in the world. So often these days customer service interactions are less than pleasurable, but our experience with Andrew was an A++. His rates are beyond reasonable. We cannot recommend Andrew and Unique Roofing Company heartily enough and will tell everyone we know to give him a shout when they have roofing needs. Thank you, Andrew, you’re the Bomb! We couldn’t be happier with your service. If we could give you 6 starts here we certainly would.

I cannot say enough how awesome this company is! I had a minor leak in my roof, we hardly noticed it until we wanted to paint and the painter told us the spot on the ceiling looked like water damage. Had Andrew come out and he was quick to find the leak and scheduled time to come fix it. We were selling our house so we needed the work done FAST and Andrew was able to provide that to us.
So anyhow, we thought the leak was fixed but that evening we had HEAVY rain, like just buckets coming down hard. It was 2am and we can hear «drip…drip…drip…» in the ceiling above us again. My husband emailed Andrew at like 2am and told him that the leak was still happening and no joke, Andrew emailed him back at like, 4am saying he would come out that morning and check it out. I don’t think Andrew answers all his emails like that and we got lucky, but it still was very impressive customer service.
That morning happened to be a game day Sunday game for the Seahawks playing a playoff game for the Superbowl. I believe Andrew told us he was attending church first and would swing by after that but before the game. When I heard a knock on my door I went to answer it and I near jumped out of my skin, there was Andrew standing there with his face all painted up green and blue (Seahawks colors) wearing a Seahawks mohawk style hat. He saw the register of shock on my face and quickly said, «IT’S ANDREW, I’m here for the roof!». He got up there, re-​did some work on the roof and made sure it was all sealed up tight. He was on the roof like that! Fixing the roof, dressed like the ultimate Seahawks fan. that’s dedication to both his business and to the love of football!
It’s pretty rare to find a business like Unique roofing that really goes above and beyond with the level of customer service like this. With trying to sell our house we were really working with a tight time frame and Andrew went out of his way to really help us out and get everything in top shape for us. His charges for the work were more than reasonable too, we were very pleased with the price of the work we had done.
I have relocated back to NY state but if I was still in Duvall/​Carnation I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.
