U.S. Open Limo

ghetto limo service. Joseph was my main point of contact and totally scammed my limo ride. I called a week in advance for a quote including tax, tip and tolls. When I was ready to book 3 days later he added an extra 10% tip.
On the date of my reservation, the driver was 45 min late. His lateness set the tone for my event and I was late to my location.
When I called to speak with Joseph he was nowhere to be found. It wasn’t until 3 days later he finally returned my phone calls. Joseph said there was nothing he can do for the drivers lateness, I said I wanted to refund his tip and Joseph wanted to add an extra $ 45 for a stop request which he told me was INCLUDED in the pricing !
Would not recommend this limo service to anyone. LAST RESORT LIMO

Do NOT use this service. I chose this service because of the pricing. We needed a limo for post-​wedding ride. They charged me for the deposit and the night of, they were a no show. We called asking where the limo was and (i) it took several calls and minutes before anyone picked up, (ii) they said they were unaware of our reservation, and (iii) were rude and told us there were no limos and provided zero alternatives even though they had charged me for a deposit earlier that week when we reserved.
Friendly and helpful leading up to the event, but completely dropped the ball day of. I’d rather shell out a few more $ for reliable service.

We booked these guys for our wedding last year. We booked a rolls Royce, a hummer for the bridal party and 6 bummers to bring our guests from the church to the reception. The driver of the rolls Royce and bridal hummer were very nice and on time but as we went off to get our photos done between the church and the reception we got a call from one of your friends to say that only 2 hummers had shown up for the guests and were going to go back and forth to the reception, was this correct? We asked our drivers what was going on because we had paid in full for 6 individual hummers to take everyone at the exact same time and drop off at the exact same time. But they said they didn’t no and there was nothing they could do! Later we contacted the company ourselves and again no apology or anything just nothing they could do. After that day we were disappointed but decided to give them another shot. We hired them to bring a group to play paintball and they worked out well so all year we continued to hire them every couple of months to take groups to play paintball.
We were going away last week for our first wedding anniversary so we decided to hire them to take us to our destination. They knew who we were because we had been using them all year, told them it was our anniversary so we wanted a limo to bring us away. He asked how many people and we said 2. He gave us a price which was a little high considering we were very regular and loyal customers. So on the morning of our anniversary we got the call to say they were outside so we went out to find a regular taxi sitting waiting for us. We asked the driver what was going on and he said he had no idea, he worked for a different company and US Limo had called him to take the fare. So we called the company to find out what was going on and they said they didn’t have any limos available and seen as we were only 2 people a taxi was fine. We argued with them and told them we had called to hire a limo and he continued to say that we were only 2 people. They were not helpful in the slightest and offered nothing to keep our service. If we had wanted a taxi we would have called a taxi company. not a limo company!!! And I believe it does say on their limos that they are suitable for 2 – 10 people so therefore they should have informed us that they didn’t have any available. We will never use this company ever again and I would not recommend them for anything to anyone. They are a disgrace!

How could i forget to rate these guys? I booked the pink limo for my 22^nd birthday and despite the stupid rain, they were able to get me to my destination on time. Although it was kind of pricey, i realized there were other companies who offered less amenities for an even higher price so i cant complain. If im doing something for my birthday this summer, i will definitely call them again.

On time (actually was early, but waited), clean, professional, driver very nice. Joseph was very accommodating as I had people drop out last minute and he was able to provide the correct type of limo.

Overall I liked US Open Limos. The price cannot be beat and Joseph is wonderful to work with and always accessible. My driver, Washington, was VERY nice and quite pleasant to converse with.
However, on my return trip the limo was 30 minutes late. I can see 5 minutes, maybe 10, but 30 minutes is completely unacceptable. One of the services I expect a limo to provide is a stress free means of transport. There is nothing stress free about waiting and waiting and waiting for your limo when you have to be somewhere by a certain time.
Another little annoyance was that «meet and greet» was supposed to be part of the package and that did not happen. I had to call to find out where my limo was when I arrived. The limo itself was really nice but not quite as new as it looks in the picture.
I would use them again because the limo driver still managed to get me there on time even though he was 30 minutes late. I just have a minus 2 star problem with paying $ for something that is not provided or provided blatantly late (this arrangement had been made weeks in advance).

Edwin, my driver, was a very good one. I had a stretch-​limo that was pretty clean and decent. Could be a newer model but I was okay with it. I called the day before and worried about last-​minute treatment. I was very happy however. All went VERY smoothly. I recommend this company to everyone and I NEVER do that. LoL Oh. The price was incredible and did not change from the quoted price to the paid price. Very honourable nowadays!
