Specialties
Landscape and garden construction and design.
Maintenance of gardens we build, and gardens we like.
History
Established in 2014.
A combination of lifetime passion for working with the earth, transforming spaces, and experience gained from employment with other landscape companies is our foundation.
The name comes from the label on one of the 5 gallon buckets we use for transporting materials. We wanted something unique!
Meet the Business Owner
Scott L.
Business Owner
NW Native Scott Lang has been gardening most of his life. The transition in childhood from making mudpies to toting a wagon on his bicycle with yardcare tools happened at about age ten.
Every Spring and Summer he could be found working in a yard or two around the neighborhood to mow grass, pull weeds, planting or pick daffodils.
After a fifteen year stint in the grocery business at Art’s Family Center in Seattle he left there to passionately pursue his gardening hobby as a career. Along the way he has worked with landscape designers and architects at well known companies such as Teufel, Britescapes, Allworth-Nussbaum, Kemper-Iverson, Nussbaum Group, and Langstraat-Wood. He studied horticulture at Edmonds Community College where one of his class instructors was Dan Hinkley, founder of Heronswood Nursery. He regularly attends continuing education courses to stay updated on changes in the industry.
