This is a great company! I have been a customer for a few years now. Their prices are reasonable and they exemplify excellent customer service.
I am afraid of spiders and recently they seem to be worse than ever in the garage and outside of the house. They were out a few weeks ago and sprayed. Travis told me that if I saw the spiders come back in a couple of weeks to let him know and he would come back out. I called him and he came right out and took care of everything!
I really appreciate them taking care of there customers!

I just signed signed up with this new pest control service and I couldn’t be happier, speaking with Gary made me feel like all my bug problems would be token care of right away, techs are great and office staff is helpful 2 thumbs up!

We have been customers for the past couple years. Our technician, Stewart, always calls ahead to let us know he is coming, is always friendly and professional, and always offers great advice as to how we can keep our house free of pests. We recently transferred service to our new house that had been previously abandoned. I didn’t even want to walk through let alone move in! After our initial service we noticed a drastic improvement in the number of insects and now after a few months we rarely see any bugs. We love that you can call any time between your scheduled services if you are having a pest problem for a touch up spray.

I have been very happy to have James service my home in Sacramento. No more spiders crawling up my friend’s leg when watching movies, no ants in the kitchen or bathroom. I found a spider in my mailbox, he took care of that, no more Black Widow surprise in my coupons!

I have been a customer for a few years now. I never considered paying for pest control service because we rent our home here in Carmichael but a few years ago, they came to our door and offered their services. I decided (against my husbands wishes) I would try it because I was so tired of spiders and their webs. I absolutely LOVE it and so does he. I don’t know what took me so long to sign up for pest control service. I have had nothing but excellent customer service every time I have called. Every couple of visits as needed, I call and schedule an interior spray at no extra charge. The appointment availability is always wide open. Our technician James is always very courteous and thorough. I would highly recommend them!

James does a great job on my home in Carmichael. He is very careful about removing all the spider webs from the outside of my house. If they have to come out between service appointments, they always do it quickly and without question. When I asked about the solution they use, he gave me a very complete and easy to understand explanation. Keep up the good work James!

Dane was very informative and helpful. He sprayed everywhere and set a bait station for the rodents. I like the fact the company will come out between treatments if you see a pest problem, and not charge you for it.

Scam alert! They hounded my wife to sign up and told her there was no contract. When we went to cancel they said now there was a one year contract and we could not cancel. Then after a few more months we called to complain again and the said now we can cancel by paying them $ 100 after we just paid for like 5 more months of service we didn’t want.

Fast Action Pest control is a great pest control company. I have been a customer for almost three years and I have been more then satisfied. They will come back to your house if need be without hassle. My house has been pest free for all three years! I highly recommend this company!

I used to use another company for my pest control in the past. I was sick of paying extra every time that more bugs or pests came back. I was looking for another pest company because I felt I was getting nickel and dimed for everything. I live near the river, and pest control is needed. I saw my neighbor was using these guys, and decided to give them a try since they were only $ 65.00 every other month, which was cheaper than the other company I was using, for basic maintenance.
I have been using Fast Action Pest Control for about 2 years now. I have had a major reduction in the amount of spiders, and other bugs, inside and outside of my house since I started using them instead of the other company. I also don’t get over charges for them having to do little extras. During the summer, they put out bait traps to kill mice and rats. This helps keep them out of my garden, allowing me to not use harsh pesticides near my garden area. The other company wanted to charge extra for each station set out.
The reason I am giving 5 stars, instead of 4.
I was recently woken up at night from that scratching in the attic. It is that time of year when the outside rodents are trying to find warmer places. The thought of having rats crawling around my attic totally grosses me out. The next day I was going to go get some bait or traps. I was heading out to run some errands, and Grant (the pest guy who is usually doing the work) was spraying outside. I mentioned to him about the scratching in the attic. He new I was leaving and said he would come back and put bait in the attic for me. He came back by about 2 hours later, he got up in my attic and put out bait blocks as needed, and no extra charge for the rat bait, or coming back out! I have not heard anything scratching ever since.
I will continue to use this company as long as they keep up the great customer service. If you are in need of a pest company, these are the guys you should use. Thank you, Grant, for your great customer service.

The person who represents this company is extremely pushy and a bit rude. He will show up at your door and just tell you that he’s going to come and start working before you even say that you want to hire him. You’ll ask for a written estimate, he’ll demand all your information then never give it to you. Then when you tell him you want to discuss it with your spouse (to get the schmuck to leave) he’ll ask you 5 times when said spouse will be home, so he can show up again and talk through you to your spouse! I honestly have no idea how good his services are and I don’t care at this point. If your reading this guy, the way to get a new client is not to hire yourself to them, and if someone says «leave me your card, and we’ll call you if we’re interested», that’s your cue to shut up, give a card, and leave.
