Next Level

Just not reliable. I scheduled for last week and was notified that the cleaner was having car trouble 25 mins before and had to reschedule. No problem. Rescheduled for 10a today with Eleanor. No show. No response to email. No answer when called. Another day off from work wasted.

Next Level did an awesome job! They were extremely nice and professional. Our condo was super messy but they handled it like pros. Also, their prices are much better than their competitors. Thanks again!

I was looking for a housecleaning service in October and came across Next Level Cleaning. After reading their 5-​star reviews, I decided to give them a try. Since then, Eleanor has cleaned my place 3 times and she has done an amazing job each time. I have frequently heard mixed reviews from friends who use housecleaning services… However, Eleanor has always left the house cleaner than I could’ve done myself, and she does it in half the time that I could! On top of being very thorough, she is reliable, professional, prompt, and very nice. Plus her prices are more than reasonable! I will certainly be calling her regularly, especially now that I’m in my second trimester, I sincerely appreciate the help she provides. I have had multiple cleaning services come through my home in the past. I’m an easy going person so I don’t nit pick much when it comes to cleaning. That’s when I was surprised by Eleanor. She certainly takes things to the next level and showed me what a house should look like when it’s all said and done. I hoard leftovers in the fridge, I stain clothes with sloppy drinks, and my trashcan is permanently brimmed with ben+jerry’s containers, but nothing slows Eleanor down. Each week she swiftly arrives with her own cleaning supplies to spiff the place up, empty the fridge, replace the trashbags, wipe the bathrooms, and dust the floors. For the first time in a decade my mother is not embarrassed to visit. My wardrobe is organized better than Kanye’s and my room is cleaner than a baby’s ass cheek. Awesome, courteous, convenient, respectful, and simple to work with. We have been having Eleanor help us clean up our house for over a year. She always manages to clean, organize and scrub our house to perfection, which is not always an easy task with a hairy dog and young child. We love that she uses clean products and always feel comfortable with her in our home!

Its safe to say that I am obsessed with Eleanor! I have used many different cleaning services over the years, but what really sets Next Level and Eleanor apart from the others is the amount of pride that she takes in her work. She leaves the house spotless and I love that she uses quality materials that leave a great scent as well. With a newborn at home, Eleanor takes extra care to dust and clean the nursery so that it is a safe and clean environment for a baby to play and sleep. Having a dog that sheds a ton is also a challenge, but one that Eleanor was easy to overcome. I have nothing but rave reviews for her and would give her the highest recommendation possible.

Was skeptical at first seeing as it was only a duo doing the cleaning, but to my surprise i was blown away by how well they cleaned my home. Every little inch of my home I inspected after they had finished seemed to be cleaned to perfection for an incredibly reasonable price. Highly recommend the two and will be using them from now on every time I need my home cleaned.

Called Next level on monday to help clean our house from the superbowl party… They are freaking awesome! Not only did they show up earlier than expected, the lady that showed up was friendly! I felt bad for her because someone did spill some drinks on the carpet and the cleaning lady somehow was able to clean it all up. Definately going to call Next Level again! Thanks guys!

Ok, so im exagerating a little. I had to Unilocal about my experience with Sarah and Eleanor. These 2 inspired me to get down and clean. Worth every cent they put on a cleaning clinic. I purchased 2 hour deal from their website, they showed and mowed right through my bachelor pad. I purchased another 2 hour deal for 2 weeks from now. I reccomend you do the same. Thanks again ladies. You are cleanining specialist.
