History

Established in 1986.

Steve started Window Magic in 1986 after being in the corporate world for many years. Being a service oriented person, he wanted to specialize in a service business that could bring personalized and excellent service to his customers. Randi, his wife joined Window Magic in 1991, coming from her families small business. Randi also specializes in customer service, knowing that it is satisfied customers that allow a business to grow.

I started in Window Magic in 1991, and Steve and I personally did all the Window Cleaning. In giving personalized service, and attention to detail, our business has been growing to the point that we have hired other cleaners that we feel have the same attention to detail that is needed to satisfy our customers needs. I am the one that answers the phones, does the scheduling, and follows thru to the complete satisfaction of our customers
