My husband and I have worked with Debra on selling 2 homes. She is a stickler for details and we feel confident that she always has us covered. The first sale happened within days of our listing the property with her. Buyer was a pain in the …, but Deb handled him with ease. The second sale took considerably longer and ended up with three escrows. Deb was «Super Realtor», keeping a detailed calendar and following up on the other escrows to ensure that everything fell into place. At the same time she tried to keep us calm. We moved, the Buyers moved into our home and the third layer of buyers moved into our buyers home. Don’t know how she stays sane, but I would not list with anyone else. We appreciate every detail she labored over and the final success.

I was in escrow on one of Debra’s properties and when on an inspection, Deb refused to allow my wife to view the rooms in the house to take measurements. My wife and I believe Debra didnt do her clients justice in assisting in the sale of the house. We backed out of the escrow in part of her actions. I dont feel we were represented very well. I would not recommend her.

It is so great to find someone you can trust so completely. That rare person is Deb Danko. She has handled our family’s last three real estate transactions. We recently purchased two properties with Deb and sold one. She knows the North County area and the market because she not only works here, she lives here. She’s professional, a shrewd negotiator and also very nice. What we were most impressed with and why we became repeat clients was how Deb never lets anything fall through the cracks. Her work expedited the process and made everything easy. Our last sale (a 30 day escrow) closed early! Deb is simply the best. She works so hard and brings home a great deal.
