I was searching for a good Car detailing for my one year old Infiniti Q50 and found Double Take had a good review. So just called to see if i can get an appointment and Sandra was so good to provide a quote over phone which lot of detailing shops didn’t provide. She pretty much kept her quote and even gave me a discount when i went thr. Great customer service by Sandra and her team is the best. They did their final inspection after which Sandra did her check and handed over the car. I was really pleased the way they took care of my new car and will definitely recommend them.

Brought a car in for «the works» that was desperately in need of detailing. Aside from a minor scheduling mishap, these guys did a great job. Got some spots out of the interior that I honestly didn’t think they would be able to remove. Looked the car over again once I got home, didn’t find any missed spots or anything of the sort. I’ll probably be bringing another vehicle or two here.

Scheduled a detailing to clean my car for a road trip. They took my money to hold an appointment (that means the appointment is HELD), then they called DAY-​of to cancel because of the rain.

Now I’m BONED with a dirty car for my road trip. The weather forecast has been for rain all damn week; you could have told me there was a chance you’d SCREW ME OVER and I could have gone to a reputable place instead of this joke.
Oh, also, when I didn’t get a confirmation email, I called in and they said I didn’t have an appointment. THEN on the same call, «oh, I remember speaking to you!»
Are you kidding me? You didn’t record my appointment until I called back to nag you about it?
Also, in the confirmation email, there’s a really tacky reminder about how much is appropriate to tip.
RUN from this place. Who cares if they do good work if you have to pull them, kicking and screaming, out to your car to actually do the job?

Had to sign up and post a review. I was in need of a car wash and wasn’t sure where to go. I found them through Groupon and decided to give them a shot. Sandra and her crew are amazing! I brought in my car twice already and I was always satisfied. I was recommended to do a clay bar which I am already planning to do on my next visit. This will definitely be my «go to» spot!

I actually called them while out driving because I really needed my interior detailed, and I was informed by Sandra that they were appointment only because they do mobile and site service. She then informed me that I could come to their shop in about an hour.
I must say, Sandra is an extremely pleasant and knowledgeable face for the business. She assessed my car and she even upsold me a wax job that was quite reasonable.
The site where they do the car was very clean and presentable.
She introduced me to the team that would be working on my vehicle, and they got right to work.
It took about 90 minutes to get my car detailed (I’m totally estimating), and when it came out, I thought it looked fantastic. I did notice some spots on my headliner that were overlooked, and they handled that right away.
This will definitely be my «go to» spot when I need my car detailed. I’ll be using their mobile service in the future though.

Outstanding service by Sandra and her team! Extremely accomodating as she took my call at 830pm on Tuesday night! Was running late and still accepted my appointment the following day. Service was prompt, professional and very thorough. They got rid of 95% of my stains and restored all of my vinyl surfaces to a shiny, glossy look :) Unfortunately since i left a stain for several months, it was a bit arduous to remove so my fault on that lol. Car looks like its brand new, thanks again and spending the extra money on detailing is definitely worth it!

Sandra and the team are Great! Wonderful customer service. My first car was like whoa! I mean its just a communter but wow! I got compliments.
They use very little water and with the drought that’s what we need. Being right across from the movie theatre and restaurants made the wait not a wait. They can even come to you at work or home. I might be taking advantage of that deal soon.
Will I be back definitely!

I normally don’t write reviews, but Sandra and her crew are awesome! I found the place through groupon and decided to give it a shot. Brought in my Lexus which I bought not too long ago, and had it washed and waxed.
Before I brought it in, it had a ton of dust and dirt from using it as a daily driver.
After bringing it in to Sandra and her crew, the car looks even better than when I picked it up from the dealer! She even did an extra clay bar for me which wasn’t required for her to do. Already scheduled my next appointment with her and would trust my car in her hands for the foreseeable future!

I bought a LivingSocial deal for $ 175 for «The Works» package. Sounded like a good deal, until they contacted me about my appointment and said it would be extra $ 75 for my Nissan Rogue compact SUV. The fine print did say additional charge for «large vehicles» so fine, I guess it qualifies. That is not where my gripe is though. For $ 250, I’d expect an excellent job. Otherwise, I’d just go to any regular car wash place and pay a fraction of the cost and still have it look nice. Although they did clay bar the exterior and add wax, there were a lot of spots where I had to tell them at the end they needed to buff the wax out. I get it they may miss a few spots, but there were more than just a few.
They did shine my tires, but not all of them. I had to tell them they missed one, but they did shine it up for me after I told them.
That is not where it ends though. «The Works» package details say they clean the gas cap and tailpipe. I forgot to check it while the crew was there, but that evening when I remembered, I opened the gas cover and they did not even touch it. I looked under the car where the tailpipe was. Nope, wasn’t touched either. I’m sure they would have cleaned them if I had caught those while they were there, but that’s their job and they shouldn’t have to have somebody constantly telling them how to do it. I trusted they would be able to get the job done that I paid them good money to do.
As for the interior, it looked nice and a lot cleaner than when I handed the vehicle over to them. But upon closer inspection after they left, there were still stains in between the front seats and the center console. The rearview mirror still had a few splatters on it from when my allergies hit me and I sneeze while driving. And although my baby had spilled milk in the back seat and they did clean it up, the smell was still there. In fact, in smells even more now. I know they charge extra for odor removal but if they thoroughly shampoo the carpets and remove the stains, you figure it would at least help a bit with the odor. Definitely not in this case though.

This is awkward. I’m not used to having your auto detailer providing excellent customer service. I made an appointment with Sandra and came in their new location. I was immediately blown away how friendly and professional they are. Sandra took the time and explained how their company operates and they are really a world apart from all the other auto detailers out there. The price is more than reasonable, you are also getting an awesome customer service. I can spend the same amount elsewhere and getting the stink eyes from one of the workers. This is my place to be for all my future car detailing.

As a mom to an active toddler, I have a hard time getting anything done. So having DoubleTake Auto Spa come to my house to detail my car is such a great service! It was super easy to schedule an appointment online. They called me back right away to confirm my appointment and explained their process. I found that helpful since this was actually my first time getting a car detailed.
The next day, they arrived on time and went straight to work. I got the «Platinum» package which was a comprehensive cleaning of both interior and exterior. I liked that they had various packages to fit your needs (such as detailing if you’re planning on selling your car, detailing for someone who has children, exterior cleaning only, etc). Their team of 3 were courteous and thorough. My son enjoyed watching them vacuum all the mats. After about an hour and a half they had me check to see if there’s anything missing and cleaned up any spots I pointed out. They all seemed very proud of their work.
Thanks DoubleTake for making my 10 year old car look clean and sparkling. I would definitely recommend this company.

One of our cars was stolen and taken for a joy ride — the thief treated the car really poorly — smoking inside, spilling drinks and food as well as dumping nachos right onto the carpet. I called DoubleTake to have the car cleaned and restored to a clean condition.
The team at DoubleTake were super friendly and helpful right from the beginning. Sandra on the phone was really understanding of our situation and made an extra effort to get a team out to clean up the car the very same afternoon.
The team to do the cleaning arrived on time and were really really empathetic towards what happened and made an extra special effort to get the car back to a good state — taking more time than they would typically spend, I’m sure.
I have to say that after they were done, the car looked almost as good as when we bought it from the dealership. You would definitely not know what it had been through.
Price-​wise, they may have not been the absolute cheapest, but they did do an amazing job. I’d recommend them if you’re in the market for a nice detailing job on your vehicle for sure.

Haven’t written a review in years, but DT AutoSpa definitely deserves the effort.
First off, they have excellent communication, both by email and by phone. Setting up an online appointment for the same week was easy. Then on the day of, they called me saying they were going to be a little late due to traffic. They told me over 30 minutes in advance of my scheduled appointment time and the ended up arriving a couple minutes early instead of late.
I was greeted by 3 friendly workers who answered all my questions before the work got started. We worked out all the problem spots of the cars (got two cars done at the same time) and talked about what they would be doing. Everything was clearly laid out about what would be happening.
Fast forward to the end of the detailing for both cars. The Prius was thoroughly cleaned, in and out. The paint was smooth and the interior smelled fresh. Tires were dressed and shiny and all the cup holders, bins, crevices and jams were attended to.
For the Sienna, whose paint job is already wearing, I had DT focus only on the interior. If you’re familiar with minivans, you know they haves thousands of little areas for dirt and stains to sink into — cup holders, seats, between and under seats, bins, the rear, those clips in the floor where the seats attach, etc. All of that was attended to and they did a great job.
Overall: Great communication in person, on the phone, and by email. Great attention to detail, they are actually detailed with their detail work. Great convenience — they come to you!

This company deserves fives across the board! I would have them clean my car over and over again. They are one of the best cleaning companies that have ever touched my lovely, sparkling graphite bimmer (BMW).
The last few times, I’ve had my car detailed, I literally had to hover over the person «detailing», telling them to please clean my rims (it was included in the package, not half of it or one side… the whole rim, por favor!!).
Each new place I’ve explored has left me with either a cheap and worthless cleaning job or me wondering if they even cleaned the interior in some cases… Or «Hey, why did you only have to wipe down three corners of my windshield, not four?!»
So, after dealing with several disappointing endeavors, Doubletake Auto Spa has been a breath of fresh air! From start to finish, they have been thorough with communication and every single detail. They even cleaned all four corners of my windshield and all four rims! My car looks fabulous (and spotless) thanks to Detail Auto Spa! I love this company and the wonderful work that they do!
