Budget Host Three Crowns Motor Lodge

Stayed at the Budget and loved it. Michelle the front desk manager was awesome, my room was very clean and the service was great. The price was reasonable for what I got. Clean bathroom, sheets and room. The location was perfect for visiting the Gettysburg National Park… and located in a perfect spot in town.

It is unfortunate, because the motel is located in a very convenient location, near the national park and within walking distance from lots of restaurants. While showering on the morning of my stay I noticed a lot of red dots around my arms. As they were itching I went to the doctor when I came back to New York, just to find that I had been bitten by bed bugs.
I was surprised I called the motel that same day to inform them of the bedbugs. They said «OK». They didn’t seem alarmed by it and didn’t even ask me how I was doing

Since we drove from Annapolis to Gettysburg, we arrived after 9 pm. When we got to the hotel, there was a note outside of the office door asking us to go to up to the street to another motel. We didn’t receive any calls from them so we were pretty upset that our room was given to someone else. And if they did call, there was no voice message.

the owner, guided us to our room and introduced us to our neighbors, pointed out the pool and ice machine, So sweet, pleasant and trusting; his credit card machine was down and said we could pay at the end of our stay (2 days later) who does that? we hit the ATM and paid that day. Pool very clean and they have floaters for us, the pillows are the best, I need to buy them!!. all the others guests were so awesome and friendly (biker friendly) and coffee and muffins were good. Frankie, room attendant, was very nice and friendly also. AC worked great and massive water pressure in shower (my favorite thing, besides the pillows) only con, like most places, towels a bit scratchy, but a great exfoliator. Will stay again. :)

The room was fine.

This was by far the least expensive hotel in the area especially considering it was RIGHT downtown. This place is close to restaurants, shops and the battle fields.
The room was clean, quite and everything we were looking for. AC & refrigerator were small but worked great. The staff was very friendly. The pool was up and running even though it was considered early season.
I have nothing bad to say about this place and would consider it the best deal in town for a cost conscious traveler!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and right in the middle of most tourist attractions. Only complaint was that the ice machine is very slow.

Great hotel. Cheap, clean and centrally located. Not modern, but who cares. Staff is great.
