Motif Window Coverings

Motif is fantastic. I’m not good at making decisions, so when I walked in and saw the plethora of products available I was fairly floored. Matt sat very patiently with me as I hemmed and hawed over all the beautiful selections. By quizzing me on my needs and budget he was able to help me pick out just what (it turns out) I wanted!
There was a SNAFU with one odd ball window size, which Matt solved brilliantly. On installation day, he and partner Dustin arrived ON TIME (I was a few, embarrassing, minutes late).They were in and out and my wood slat and roller shades were perfect. Again, a manufacturer error was promptly and painlessly taken care of by Matt.
I cannot recommend Motif highly enough. I can’t wait for a remodel finish so they can complete my home’s window covering needs.

The experience with Motif was smooth, fun, and satisfying from start to finish. It didn’t hurt that there’s a acoustic guitar in the office that I could bang on. Did Matt really like my playing or was he just buttering me up? No matter! He is so professional, personable, knowledgeable, and has such a good vibe that it was only a matter of whether they had blinds that would be right for my space. He helped me pick the right ones. He came out to measure right on time. It happened that the blinds were ready earlier than expected. On installation day, he and Dustin – also a super nice guy – showed up EARLY and were outta there in 20 minutes or so. The high-​quality blinds look fantastic, filter the light beautifully, and make the whole room look better. I couldn’t be happier with Motif and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Matt and Dustin installed Hunter Douglas Applause Honeycomb shades for our kitchen nook and family room. Their installation was very quick and precise. The quality of the shades are excellent and their prices are very good. I have automated shades in the family room and love it! They were a PLEASURE to work with and very professional.

In 2007 I had Hunter Douglas shades installed by Dustin when he worked for another company. He then broke off and started Motif and has been my go to for all my window treatment needs. He has installed Hunter Douglas at my two condos now, and when ever I need service done on my automated blinds, like changing the batteries, or replacing a part, he has always been reliable and dependable, and always there for me. His work is excellent and he stands behind his word. I love the customer service he has provided over the years, and am comforted in knowing that he will always be there for me if I need him.

I had some older Hunter Douglas shades that needed to be restrung. Dustin came to my home gave me a very reasonable price that included taking the blinds down, covering the windows temporarily with brown paper, restringing, cleaning and rehanging. He also made some adjustments to the blinds that for some reason no longer reached the sill after I had them cleaned a few years ago. He was courteous,
and meticulous in his workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

The guys at Motif are great. We worked through a number of different options and different price points. Matthew was knowledgeable, creative, open-​minded, and never put the pressure on for a sale. They offer all kinds of window treatments, and seemed willing to figure out how to do things they hadn’t done before. Installation was a breeze. Justin was polite, fast, and seemed like he had an eye for what he was doing.
They are also clean and respectful of being in your house. Plus, they love dogs and babies! What more could you want?
