even though we usually work with the same person, Jay, if we ever find ourselves working with another employee they are always the same amount of courteous and cool.

I’ve been going to Firestone Complete for many years in different locations that I’ve lived across the U.S. One thing that has been consistent for me, including this location, is honesty.
I was just in to get my brakes checked and they mentioned that my tires need replacing. Expecting to hear that all four need to be replaced, the technician (Jack) was very honest and straight forward telling me that only two were in trouble and the other two were fine (due to alignment issues). Anywhere else I would’ve taken my car, I feel that I would’ve been taken advantage of just given the fact that I’m a woman.
I’ll continue to take my cars to Firestone, specifically this location, due to their excellent service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Bought $ 600 worth of tires for my Mazda with the extended warranty for flat fixing, etc… I get a flat tire, they have no service men to come fix the flat so I bring it in. The guy comes out and gets it out of the trunk and tells me he’ll call me when it’s done. I received a call from him minutes later to tell me he cannot fix the flat nor can he replace the tire without replacing my wheel because it was bent. I go back to get the tire and it is literally rolled at me from the mechanic. I am 57 year old women in a nice black dress coat. I heist the 40 pound tire & wheel myself into the parking lot and into the trunk of my car. I was completely covered in grease, ruined my jeans had it all over my coat and hands… RIDICULOUS! Flat out LAZY bunch of losers I dealt with. Went down the street to another tire center, they said «you mean to tell me they said they couldn’t fix this?» 10 minutes later my tire was fixed and the GENTLEMAN said no charge! I threw him a $ 20 and I will NEVER do business with this Firestone again!

I sent my son over to get a nail pulled from a tire. We bought the tires thru Firestone (different location). But they refused because it was close to the side wall. That would be ok IF I DIDNT WORK FOR THEM AND DIDNT UNDERSTAND! But I used to work for Firestone and I know what a sidewall is and I k ow what I unrepairable tire looks like. AND ITS NOT THIS ONE! they tried to sell my son a tire he didn’t need. They thought he was some kid who they could take advantage of. I have either Bridgestone or Firestone tires on my car, my sons, my wife’s and my semi truck had firestones…5,000 $ for the truck tires alone… then ad 3 sets of 4 for the cars and the previous 6 years of tires I got thru them and they try and up sell me? These clowns have lost their mind. I realize pot is legal in Oregon but they guys should lay off the smoke at work and make some reasonable decisions with their customers. Btw I took it to les Schawb and they had no problem fixing it. Go figure… last time I get firestones or send my wife or son over there.

I called to get my tire checked up on a fast leak. Good service, didn’t take very long. A few weeks later, my wife asked me about my experience there… she took her car to check on a slow leak on of her tires. She also had a great experience there. Would recommend to others.

very seldom do I feel the need to give one star on any review. But I am very insulted. I have never gone to Firestone before. So this was my first experience. I had been researching tires online and found a great tire and they had a sale” buy 3 get 1 free”. So I made an appt onine with my quote a few days in advance knowing I had a day off. I arrived on time to my appt.
They took my keys told me to come back in an hour. So, I went shopping. I came back 40 minutes later and THEN they said that they can’t find one of the tires. So not only was my appt scheduled days ahead of time so they KNEW i was coming in, they had my car for 40 minutes, and they didn’t realized they were missing a tire until I got back???
The tire I wanted was the affinity touring tire 70k. Reg price they are about $ 95.00 a tire. They called me over and explained a tire is missing so they only have 3.
He tells me can offer me a set of different tires for the same price (he really tried to imply he was lowering the price for me). He walks me to the wall display and he offers me a 65k tire. FR710 and explains it’s basically the same tire. so he was offering me a «deal» to sell it to me for the same quote price as the affinity touring.
I had never looked up the FR710 and so I declined and asked him to get the other affinity tire and I’d come back later, But, when I got home and looked at the FR710 and did a quote just to compare how much money he was taking off the price as he made it seem, I as pissed because the quote I got is LESS then the quote I have for the affinity but he was going to be «nice» and sell them for the same price? WTH?
YOU screwed up my appt. wasted my time, and then you are going to rip me off as a favor? NO THANK YOU. the FR710 reg price is $ 15.00 PER TIRE LESS then the affinity touring I was quoted and showed up to purchase. Most places that just screwed up would offer a higher quality tire as a replacement not a cheaper tire for the same price!!!
But apparently that isn’t how Firestone does business. It’s been a long time since I have felt someone was trying to push me over because I was female. That is how I felt and so, I ended up just cancelling the quote and going somewhere else.

Thank You Firestone Main Headquarters !! I called them and they called the local Firestone I went to, while I was on the line –They told me to bring my car in, back to them the next morning –I did, and after about 2 hours they fixed my car from what previously was done –No more car shutting off at the light or even the rumbling that it is about to shut off — The following morning when I stated my car there was no longer the large puff of smoke –Thanks Again Firestone Headquarters !!!

Awesome service. Was able to get an appointment right away. The location is really good. Easy to find with plenty of parking. Clean waiting area, lots of magazines to read and tv to watch as you pass the time. My car was done before I knew it and now I have the rest of my day off to do as I please. Yay!

Came in with a flat tire (as well as a flat spare tire — yeah, I am that lucky) shortly before they were closing. The guys were more than willing to get me in within such a short time frame. With friendly and efficient service, I would definitely come back if I needed to.

Just wanted to send a VERY positive shout-​out to everyone at this Firestone Complete AutoCare location. I brought my 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo in for a loud squeal in the engine compartment. After replacing the Serpentine Belt, we realized that it did not solve the issue, so I brought the vehicle back in the next day. Katie Adalsteinsson was very helpful, courteous and helpful, as was Jack Maxoudian. They even provided me with a ride back to work that morning ! Turns out the Harmonic Balancer was cracked in half. They replaced that, and credited me for the work they did on the Belt. Very Cool… During the installation of the new Balancer, the very old /​worn out upper radiator hose cracked and leaked a little anti-​freeze. Jay was happy to replace it for FREE ! I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the whole Team at this Firestone location. They are all very friendly & professional. I would highly recommend it to everyone who wants to have their vehicle serviced; Oil change, Brakes, or whatever you might need done ! (fyi; the only reason I didn’t give them a Five-​Star review, was due to the fact that the Tech. might have saved me another trip, had he noticed the radiator leak before I left with the vehicle after the harmonic balancer was installed. but «small potatoes» in my book) Feel very confident taking your car of truck here for sure.

i had gone for one of those lifetime alignments deals and i arrived pretty early and was basically the only person there. i was in their waiting room for about an hour or so, but it turned out they couldn’t align my WRX because it was too low and they couldn’t drive it up their ramp. i thought no big deal, i’ll just find another shop. on my way home i hear a rattling/​clunk/​dragging noise coming from the front of my car. i got home to see my front bumper hanging with the bumper tabs destroyed, not to mention a slightly bent fender. at this point i was pissed, i called the place and i was told to come right back. turns out my hour wait wasn’t them trying to align my WRX, but instead they were trying to put the bumper back together. i found out that firestone had found some random plastic screw that didn’t not fit my bumper/​fender and sent me on my way. not only was my bumper damaged from them trying to drive up a ramp, but they failed to notify me and act like nothing happened. i ended up spending another hour there because one of their employees went to the Subaru dealership to find the «correct» bumper screw/​tab. i guess they «fixed» my bumper, but it wasn’t even securely on and it ended up sagging a lot. in all, i was left with a broken bumper tab, bent fender, and a damaged fender liner. i’ll never do business again.

the fact that they are open on Sunday and no one else in town is got them our business.

My husband worked right next to this store and we were heading out of town the next and had to fix a slow leak. For about $ 15 they could fix the flat if it was not to hard to fix. We were told that the hole was in a place that the repair is not covered by the $ 15. So the next day, losing time for packing, I took the car to Les Shwab where they fixed it for free. We did get an oil change for $ 26 and we were not charged for the attemped to fix he flat. The customer service was good and they were sorry and explain why they could not fix it.
